I have to say, you are on a right track when you talk about the thing that has no words haha. You describe it well. The state of nothingness is the closest of describing it in my opinion. How I reach it, is by zooming out on everything. Even on the thought or will to zoom out. Let everything be and let the mind do anything that comes up. Some times I get so 'deep' inside myself that I forget where I am. And than I get scared, Or I get overwhelmed. Than I loose the whole 'deepness' and it feels like I have to build it up again? And get my mind back in the right focus. Knowing that I do not have to fear it. But it keeps happening. Maybe you understand, and could elaborate on it.

    • @ascendor.ascendor
      @ascendor.ascendor  หลายเดือนก่อน +5

@@ivarwest3 Ah yes, I understand. You associate the feeling of being undisturbed with nothingness, but nothingness can also manifest as fear or overwhelm. Sometimes it can disguise itself as a thought that says, "I have lost the nothingness" or "I need to restore the nothingness." What you are trying to do is simply restore the state of undisturbedness, which is okay, but to nothingness, it doesn't matter whether you do that or not. If the situation you are in bothers you, don't try to eliminate the disturbance. Instead, try to find the one who is bothered. And when you find him, tell me about him. :)

    • @marialantigua5475
      @marialantigua5475 หลายเดือนก่อน

Simple, this is why when meditating the right way, you don’t have to try to eliminate the thoughts. You just let them be. And the moment you focus on a thought or concept which is not the one you started with, it will grow, in a split second. Then you feel the “anxiety/fear”.
      You can ignore it.
Let it all happen even when you want to control it, that control also sabotages us. Set an intention before you start and let it do what it do. Don’t worry what will happen, because the moment you set your intention, that will set the flow of how things will happen. So just trust , don’t hope.. because that is false trust lol an example of complete trust that I can give is,
“When you open a faucet to wash your hands” you KNOW how the faucet works & you UNDERSTAND that the water will flow through it.
You don’t worry that something will go wrong, you just turn the handle & WATER 🚿 😂
So just trust even if you may not know what’s coming next, and make sure you let the universe express itself to you, even though your mind tells you that you e never been there before, what if it’s scary? What if I die?😂 we don’t die just do it lol and clearly it’s hard enough to get out of this place.
We have to learn these things in order to remember, so go for it, you got this😊
Also, speak to yourself as you would normally, the fancy words don’t always help, when we get out of our body we can still express ourselves the way we do while in it. The only part that we don’t have to take with us is the bad, so Be patient and loving with yourself, we are all still learning.
      I hope that helps.

A man once went on a holiday
trip. He got robbed on the journey.
    He continued the travel calming
    himself with the mantra: "Nothing
of all this that happens to me has
real substance, it's all an illusion".
    His booked hotel room didn't
exist when he arrived at his
    destination. He repeated his
    mantra several times. He had
a good time despite all what
    apparently happened to him.
All his life he tried to transmit
    his way of perceiving reality.
When he left this plane of
    existance he arrived there
    where he really came from.
Than he realized that he had
    been doubting his whole
    existence, and that everyone
he tried to teach already knew
deep inside what he was. He
    aknowledged that nothing
    seems to be permanent, but
that that doesn't mean that all
that transforms wasnt real at all.
He realized that everything is real,
even the dream during the dream.
All just keeps changing. (So he
    thought.) The idea that therefore
nothing is real at all made him
laugh out loud about how stupid
    and brainwashed mankind can be.
    Perception is a gate to
    amplified horizons, not
    limiting beliefs based in
    thoughts of expansion.
    He smiled,
    and "new',
    he was free.

13:22 love what you said about people thinking they have to "do" something to make things perfect, but really it's just about "realizing" that everything already is perfect. this is the real truth. disconnection with ego occurs immediately when you realize that you have all you need. you want for nothing. in fact, these words "want, hope, desire, need, lack, achieve, success, self-esteem" are just the ego trying to keep us identifying with it.

Thanks 🙏 yes this morning I had decided to not try anymore..but then a subtle voice says..just one more meditation at the river.. and during that.. maybe just so.. or maybe I missed some greatful intentions.. or have not really fully dropped all habits.. and yet .. we have all had experiences the other way.. when dropping everything..either in meditation..or just walking in a forest. Swimming.. nothing to do moments.. or moments when you can't do anything (hanging from a cliff).. or totally present giving moments .. when something shifts.. like a switch.. eventually mind starts up.. even then one is in bliss or effortlessly being.. so is it a question of finding who is aware of this..or really dropping every belief and concept.. including ones one wants to give up last.. emptying.. accepting whatever..only wishing to serve the divine..find the truth.. allowing the divine to use this body mind for any purpose..total trust.. and then leave that also ( like when manifesting).. any hint of the person.. expectations.. control, fear, anger, trying to create an outcome from a personhood..leading to sliding back down the ladders..like a game of snakes and Ladders... certainly the curiosity, innocence and living in the moment, of a doormice seems to help.. ❤

There is a lot of bliss here much of the time, as well as there are periods of deep grief. Of course, sorrow is love! Much of the time I feel very open and expanded and some would say I am consciousness, but really the moment we speak or at least identify with anything, there is separation again. This all started for me with a huge what people call a kundalini experience, where I literally was, well, I don’t know what I was lol, but all of the planets were literally on my shoulders, and it was so clear that everything was within me, like a dream! But within is the wrong way to put it because there was no inside or outside.

An answer comes quickly, and that shows we see something in the future that is not already here, which causes 99% of all suffering. When you had this 'Kundalini experience,' was there still a desire for experiences at that very moment?

    • @katehiggins9940
      @katehiggins9940 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@ascendor.ascendor the crazy thing is. When I ask myself, what do I want, nothing comes up. Well, I should say nothing as in material things. The only thing I really want and maybe have ever wanted is to not feel that something is wrong with me. I think that is what most humans want. To feel what they feel think what they think of course which they have no control over, but to not feel there is that external source or parental figure voice watching them and judging. I feel like that’s what every human really deep down wants is to know their innocence. And of course, as the sense of a separate self appears to be falling away or not arising, which is a better way to put it, it’s obvious that there is only innocence. and even that is saying too much because it’s not as opposed to guilt. After that kundalini experience, I wanted nothing. I remember it was like for the first time in my life. I felt the world was not against me. It was a honeymoon.. And then of course, I think all the deep unconscious materials starts to come up although that’s a bit of a story. For now I think what I struggle with is the sense that there is no next moment, like that is really clear, however, there is an edginess sort of like too much energy. There is still a bit of attachment to the blissful feeling. Like wanting them to continue and yet it is so apparent that there is no real continuity so it’s sort of a lack of trust? I’m not sure.

That way I'll speak from it, instead of speaking about it. In my case, I feel I'm still not seeing it beyond the ego. I don't know, I might be in a loop and not realizing it 😅. ....
The uniformal message is to love thy neighbor and spreading "the word". It is not getting caught in "self" and believing you are just passing through or anything similar. That is what keeps the system the way it is.
It is about spreading "the word" on what is true and right. The main message is loving thy neighbor. If you loved "his father" (truth, goodness, rightness) you would love him. If you loved him, you would love yourself, and whoever else "rightly". The light is within you/me/he/she/we.
This would extend to things like recognizing capitalism and a way of life of "me and mine, before yours" corrupting the human soul..... "Be not afraid."... Its living in fear. Living in ego. Being complicit in worship of the lesser and what is known as "not right". 666 is the number of the beast but it also the number of man.
Obviously that would extend to many things like elitism, racism, sexism, etc, etc.
It involves where your intents lie, in the TRUE SENSE, and not "belief". "Truth "IS" "
"These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me"
The intent in your heart with what you do and are contributing toward. Are you contributing to the opposite of loving thy neighbor?
GNV Ephesians 6:12 ""For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, and *against the worldly governors*, the princes of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness, which are in the high places". Are "your intents making you" complicit with the evil?
KJV Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, *against spiritual wickedness in high places*." Is your "mind" complicit?
ESV Matthew 19:24 "Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.”
These elements can be found among various religions, be it christianity/buddhism/islam/tao/etc but have faced many distortions, corruptions, and misunderstandings. "As within, so without"
Some things id like to suggest searching up: cremation of care, critical factor bypass, controlled opposition, hegelian dialectic, APM Research [FPV Angel] MFMP and frankly so much more but "i'll" leave it there.
As long as you live in "self" you support the "wrong". In each of your hearts you know "selfishness" is wrong. Period.
This then obviously circles back to the initial point of "spreading the word" / spreading "the word"...

Psychedelics can take you down psychological routes you just don’t want to go down and the thing is, you never know how you’re going to react to them until it’s too late. Sure , some people say they’ve had the most profound “spiritual experience “ with them, but, as in my case, it can also go the wrong way and it’s possible to completely screw yourself up. I actually want to live my life rather than end it like I did during my entire 20s. The profound experience may not be the night you do them but the journey they take you on. People like Gary (who is probably a bot anyway) are just blindly ignorant and really have no idea what they're talking about. But yes truly.. trust your gut!

@@garylake1497This is interesting because I see the concern but in my experience it has been the exact opposite. Those characteristics make your brain process from the bottom up instead of top down. Since you already have experience processing the world in this way you are able to understand what you are experiencing much easier in a meditative or psychedelic state. I have just come to realize alpha waves are essentially responsible for the filter that produces ego or a self. By minimizing it through meditation or psychedelics you are experiencing a very base broad level of consciousness that is shared by everything in existence. I call it the collective consciousness. Again the differences in conscious perception are just like zooming in or out in scale but the entirety is happening all the time and because of the alpha waves you cannot be enlightened and simultaneously be in a sober human experience. You can experience enlightenment in an altered state but you cannot take it with you.

I always wonder how people speak with confidence about a God and about creation.
Isn't that just a questionable concept, since we can not even observe any "other universe" which we know has been created.
So we can not compare anything to our universe and simply are left with a mystery we can't explain.

@@ascendor.ascendor I just have some trouble understanding that. Looking at emptiness and form as two sides of the same coin is not the issue. But how can we look at a creator and it's creation in the same way? If that God is consciousness recognizing itself, does that not imply that consciousness must have always existed? Even in the past, when there was no conscious "agent". To me personaly, it unfortunately does not appear as simple. I feel stuck.
