Writing as a British citizen I've seen an episode about the work of the homeland security on our TV containing the scene about this library. I'm fascinated by it because as far as I know I've never known of any buildings ( or famous British landmarks) that are half of it in one part & half in another Even if there was ,passports won't be necessary as they're still in the UK
We'll have to look for that! The history is fascinating - the debate of how the lines were determined. Yes! We will look you up when we venture out of Quebec.
Funny to think, the day this video was uploaded was the exact same day I visited Canada for the first time haha. But I didn't know they were allowed to do that though, they must REALLY trust them not to wander out past the library.
I think everyone enters from the main entrance on American side if I remember correctly. There's a little path next to the library for Canadiens to walk across so they can get into the library.
That is so cool! Thanks for sharing!♥️♥️♥️
Happy to share our adventures!

I believe there's a documentary about this place... Very fun! Let me know when you're relatively close to Toronto! :)

Its front gate looks like the District Court of Baripada. 😅
Interesting!

How neat! And great attention to details on your part. I bet they have some type of surveillance - I just didn't see it when we visited.
So you can you walk into america and cary on into the states without a passport check? Thats crazy
The librarian keeps an eye on which door you come through.
Are the librarians from both countries?
Ooh! Good question! I'm not sure.
Wait how do they patrol this you can be in the building and cross over countries lol that’s hilarious.
