Me encanta cuando en el ceviche usan distintos ingredientes algunos no disfrutan de algunos vegetales como lechuga pero en el ceviche creo que embellece el platillo aportando color al platillo el color naranja del camote el pescado 🐟 de carne clara, el rojo del ají es visualmente hermoso como si los aromas no fueran suficientes

Lo bueno del Peru es que lo "picante" es en parte más por rocoto que por aji, que no irrita tanto el estomago. La gente que llega del exterior en su primera impresión cree que el picante aca en Peru es igual que el de mexico y no es asi, incluso el aji limo es más pasable que el aji o chile que se usa en mexico
