hi Natasha how are u ? its been a while and I am now catching on. I would like to try this but would like to know what material the white plank you used to lay the coals on are made of . thanks so much and is the blocks the concrete ones we find in Trinidad or the red hollow clay
I dont know the materials used in making the blocks. I bought the ones that would stand up through the heat. The red bricks can be used for the sides. Maybe use a paver for the bottom. I am not sure of the options for Trinidad.
