- The first day in Uzbekistan, my friends took me on a bazar street food tour at the biggest bazaar in the city, where everyone gets their daily groceries, fresh bread, fresh meats, etc. The next day I ate one of the most massive plov, and it was one of the ultimate fried rice dishes I ever had.

So happy to see Mike in my home country^^. The reason of the same guy is in every vlogger's video is that our tourism department is the one who invites them. And the other is that there are not so many people who can entertain on camera and speak good english at the same time.

Uzbek pilaf is one of the greatest things on this earth. While I've never had a pure authentic one, Ive had the russian version of the dish and its delicious, so I can only imagine.
