This is lovely - hopefully I'll get to this level one day. QQ - what is the benefit of using a sanding arbor over just holding it in your hand?

Thanks a lot, it’s a lot faster as you are sanding in all directions as apposed to just the circular motion of around the bowl and you aren’t going to burn your hand lol 😂, there’s a link in the description to Hampshire Sheen, if you use my link it will take you to a free Finishing Academy, you get to see different finishing techniques (including sanding) and you get a nice certificate at the end of the course🙂
