There are some minor errors throghout, but a couple of big ones: In the 89-90 season the tactical scheme was 5-3-2, their manager, Toshack, was known for that unorthodox set-up. And from 2010-11 onwards you should really invert the position of Cristiano Ronaldo: For Madrid he always leaned on the left, with either Di María or Bale playing as an inverted winger on the other side.
Thanks for the meaningful comment, Rafael. I would disagree with you though. Real simply couldn't have scored the amount of goals (107 only in Primera) in the 1989/1990 campaign playing with five legitimate defenders. Therefore I am sure that my interpretation of the tactical formation is absolutely correct. As for Cristiano's position, yes, he played on the left flank at times. But he also pretty often appeared on the right. And the truth is that he was everywhere back in those years - and exactly this unpredictability made him so unstoppable. As a man who is apparently watching football for many seasons you should know that the positions of attacking players (unlike defenders) are rarely rigid. Let's put it also this way: you are the first here who made the point about Ronaldo's true role on the pitch. And this video will reach 10 000 views quite soon (hopefully). Believe me, if there was a mistake from my part (especially the big and obvious one), you wouldn't have been the first who noticed it.

I wish you didnt keep cutting to the white screen with the date. I can barely keep track of which players left and joined the team. You could’ve just put the date in the bottom corner and swapped the players.

Make no mistake, Didi was a stellar footballer, but this video is all about Real Madrid's starters. I already mentioned the overall amount of matches he played for the club. On top of that, he missed the whole 1959/1960 Champions Cup campaign. You can ask with the same success where is Eden Hazard. Brilliant player, for sure, but not with respect to Real Madrid, unfortunately.
Damn Roberto Carlos was a started on Real Madrid for 10 years that’s insane
I appreciate the time you put into this. Hala Madrid
Thanks. Would you have like to subscribe? Maybe you even already did it - it's hard to figure out these kind of things here.

No wonder these guys dominated the UCL. You can't have those players and afford to lose
The first year I've noticed a known player to me was 1995, RAUL

Marco assensio ?
He wasn't a legitimate starter in any of those seasons.
where did you steal this music from??
You have used a completely wrong word. I didn't steal anything. This music is a part of TH-cam free audio library.
The first one was a hungarian folk song called "a csitári hegyek alatt".
Where is Didi?
He played only 19 games for Real Madrid.
