    $220k...I bought a home in the Caribbean for half that with sea view & I have plenty tropical trees on the property.

    Wow back in the day our 3 bedroom house with finished basement in Toronto cost less than $220,000. It’s crazy how much property cost in Toronto now.

    That's why people are living in their cars, converting school buses....to live in cheaper...

    it's a rectangle of airspace.
    when the buildings are gone, from fraud or disrepair, they can charge skydivers pennies for entering their units lol
    i say it's worth it :D
