Just some useless info: Both of these batteries are made by the same manufacturer.
      Redodo battery
Shenzhen Maicheng Technology Innovation Co., Ltd.
      Li Time batteries
      Shenzhen LiTime Technology Co., Ltd

Always enjoy seeing the inside of these batteries. Especially the temperature tests. Thanks for sharing, Brad!

@BradCagle in honesty, they pretty much are, aren't they?

They probably are, among others. All LiFePO4 batteries are made in China and different companies just add their stickers to the cases. Eve cells, BMS's, etc are all the same.

They have the same mailing address, if you check.

In general the battery works as expected. The main issue I found in actual use the BMS/APP will not track discharge on less that 2A. If the drain on the battery is below a 2A threshold the the battery will drain and app will still show 100% SOC. I have been able to repeat this and verify with their tech support.

Man hate to hear that. Was bout to pull the trigger. I’ve got 2 100 amp hour redodo as of now. But would like the app to track discharge of use on my kayak…

At what temperature value does the cold temperature switch activate?? You sprayed it with Dust-Off, but that can be much lower than 32 degrees F.

Thanks so much for doing these videos. I just ordered some enjoybots. Have you seen any build quality differences between the brands or any you would steer clear of?

What if you have one 12v 100ah Bluetooth version in series with the 12v 100ah non Bluetooth version. Will the app be able to work or it needs 2 Bluetooth version? Would like to make a 24v 100ah and have bms app monitor capability. Referring back to a video you made a while back with a shunt to monitor the capacity.
