      I had the same problem. My skin is really bright so my family didn't notice it getting darker but i did. In my case, i was working out with fans off in order to sweat a lot. When i stopped doing that my skin regained its colour. Maybe it happens cause of heat. Just workout under a fan.

    Hi sir mai morning me or evening me do time exercise karti hu to sir kya mujhe both bfre and after workout face wash karna parega ...aur ek baat sir abhi to garmi ka time hai mai to cooking bhi karti hu tav bohot sweat hota hai to kya tav bhi mujhe face wash karna parega

      Wash scalp thoroughly, apply conditioner and after 2-3 hours hair oil reach in vitamin E and biotin

    Hello. I Have a query. My dermatologist prescribed a moisturizing lotion with active ingredients as Sodium PCA 2.5% w/v
    Sodium lactate 2.5% w/v and olive oil bp 2% w/v in a moisturizing lotion base containing NMF. This moisturizer suits me very well and I have been using it for almost 2 years now. Can i continue to use it for long term as a moisturizer because anything else does not suit me or will there be any side effects?
    I am apprehensive only because it is a medicated product. Please reply.

    Wrong information !! Bath after workout may harm your body because your overall body warm after workout and if you Take Bath just after workout it may harm you . If you want to Bath , wait for 1 hour
