It’s Apartment 3 for me, I wouldn’t mind paying the extra R500 to have both the bath tub & shower plus it’s also closer to ur work place. Very spacious

3rd apartment is giving very beautiful....So vele vele in Gauteng apartments cost that much to rent cause woow in Cape Town like for example apartment 1 you will pay R8500 . I've seen places with 2040 rates but 1907 touches 💀🤣

Apartment 1 was so dirty shame I don't understand how they can even show it in this state 😱😱. Apartment 4 is also far, partition doesn't give privacy. I think you took the one with darker cabinets.

3rd apartment this ur monthly bond repayment fee with ur salary. apply for a bond with the bank for that complex unit. after 2-3 of salary increase move out n get a tenant , while u move a less expense apartment.

BUT I HOPE YOU NEGOTIATED TO 6, 000. also i would say any apartmen with electricty cookers should be downgraded. lets be honest, Eskom makes electricty not an asset for house/apartment hunting. also any property owner that does not clean a place before a showing....in this day and age is a NO NO.

Apartment 3✔️, except for the balcony part offcourse. As for the first apartment, I wouldn't even stay there for free, and the last apartment, it's also a no for me.

Rental properties in Pretoria are so expensive, compared to Jhb. First of all, a R5100 here gets you a 1 shelve kitchen

hi, Afcho is really a great option to consider, most of their buildings are clean, have laundromats,good wifi plus play area & rooftop "garden" the perks might be noise & lack of lighting, rooms are always dark during the day

I’m curious, what is the average cost of an Uber ride in SA? Just doing my due diligence. I will purchase a vehicle when I get over there but will take Uber until I become familiar with the neighborhoods and flow of traffic, since y’all drive on the opposite side 😅😆
