Wenn Joe Zawinul das miterleben hätte können, ich glaube er wäre sehr zufrieden gewesen. Ich habe zwar feuchte Augen, aber es wird warm um das Herz. Großartig - eine Kostbarkeit.

Man the Congo guy killed it. Those fills were nice mate! Overall band and all soloists were great! Especially the trumpet at the end screaming that high note on point.

Incredible performance. This guy Grubinger is a phenomenon. Listen to anything you can find of him. Even clips where he plays a single snare drum for 15 minutes. I was led to him by the performance of Sacre du Printemps with Yuja Wang which is a remarkable performance in itself. But you must try his Eotvos Speaking drums to get his full impact and creativity.

sounds very mechanical. It makes a difference whether you bang your head against the wall until it breaks through, or simply walk through the door. Joe Zawinul use the door with elegance!
