PTSD is one of my favorite videos as well as this one. The story is a touchy subject, it’s a mix of 2 true stories in the same song. It’s heavy and a controversial subject but that’s why it’s interesting. The cinematic value of his videos are amazing. This one is always the first one I tell people to go to.

He’s got a lot of great ones. Dax’s dad is a pastor. He’s a believer but he asks the questions that so many ask but don’t tell anyone. He asks a lot of great questions in this one. There’s answers to questions, Dax is wanting himself and everyone else to GO FIND the answers. So he’s coming at these questions (and other songs) as a believer regardless of his questions.
There is also Book of Revelations. It’s interesting when he poses the questions that maybe all of this is backwards.
God’s Eyes is another one.

I myself only discovered Independent artists a little over 2 years ago…
Dax, Tom, ACAL, Stuggle Jennings (Waylon Jennings grandson), Yelawolf, Shooter Jennings, I could go on and on because there are so many of them that are amazing…
Another good one is “Falling in Reverse” Ronnie Radke is the lead singer and they are their own genre… Watch the World Burn, Zombified, Voices in my Head, Popular Monster, he did an amazing version of Papa Roach’s “Last Resort”, etc… Ronnie’s story is similar to so many other people’s lives and stories. I honestly believe that you would appreciate both their instrumental, singing, message, and their newer videos are extremely cinematic…

My favorite Psalm on 'sin':
32:1 Happy are those whose transgressions (hebrew/pesha=rebellion) are forgiven, whose wrongs (hebrew/chata'ah=falling short) are pardoned.
32:2 Happy is the one whom the Lord does not accuse of iniquity (hebrew/awon=perversity the sin inherited from Adam) and who is free of all guile (hebrew/remiy yah=deceit, lies)
This covers all the different sins, and what a joy that when we accept Jesus they are all overlooked. Many modern versions use the same word for all those sins/wrongs. Deep diving for treasure is the greatest reward.
