- I finally finished my first Lo-Fi animation :D featuring Hunter from "The Owl House" by Dana Terrace. I worked for about two weeks on the illustration and the different animation-details you can find in the background :)
I'm really in love with this series. It's character design, lore, story telling and voice acting. It really inspires me and helped me with the development of my own stories :)

Some people might find this strange, but Hunter is one of the few characters that I would get along with irl. His clumsy yet serious personality is what makes the show shine as bright as the stars. I could definitely relate to him and would spend bunches of time with him if he was real.

To everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder : After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

WHY 😭
I’m pretty sure this is because he looks over at Flapjack and smiles. After doing so, he doesn’t stop smiling. I’m pretty sure that the episode “Thanks to Them” is the episode that Flapjack dies in. It just hits harder when you realize he’s gone after making hunter so happy.
I love how Hunters smile doesn’t go away at all when Flapjack is with him, it’s a small detail but it makes my heart melt ❤

Hunter means a lot to me. The Owl House means the world to me. This video is something just as meaningful. What a perfect demonstration of how emotionally powerful art can be, and it's yours. same here, i dont know why but when i watched the owl house and saw Hunter on screen warming up to Luz and everyone, it just made me feel happy for some reason. The Owl House actually helped me cope through so much
Aww, this show is so deep and meaningful to me. I feel deeply connected to the characters and I tend to get a very deeply hyper fixated on certain shows forever. This feels like it will be one of them. It's been a big one for a while. I'm so glad to hear nothing. Only one who feels this way

This reminds me of good times, it shows the beauty of the boiling Isles and how good The Owl House really is it’s sad to think about all the good parts in the series and then remember that it’s leaving Disney really didn’t think their decision through I hope they realize their mistake and either have spin off or continue the series The Owl House was one of the shows I hold dear to my heart as-well as others. Flapjack has helped hunter through a-lot and now he’s gone, everything good Disney had is gone or is going.
This show makes me emotional beyond belief. It makes me feel like life is fleeting and I’m not out there making the most of it. It makes me feel like I didn’t have a memorable childhood. I hate how good this show is. Parts of me wish it sucked so I wouldn’t miss it when it’s gone
Then make the most of it. It's never too late to change things, and you only fail if you give up. It's better to miss it than never experience it at all, right? The lessons I learned from that show will always be in my heart. Keep at it!
one more episode before it ends, im gonna cry. The owl house is my comfort show, It's sad disney had to ruin it. i honestly would love to see more seasons.

Gorgeously done (Hunter does seem like the type to vibe to Lo-Fi while he does his research), I'm in love with all the details. And a very soothing music selection as well 😌
I like how Eda and King are chilling in the background too, just enjoying the breeze. It's one of those days where you just appreciate the quiet, and take a break from all the twist and turns.
This music brings me a sense of pride. I'm so glad the owl house exists, it's a gift to humanity.
I litterally just finished crying because of the season 3 premiere 'Thanks to Them' and now I'm crying again bc of how perfect and wholesome this is and ngl this feels like my vibe, reading in your bedroom while listening to lofi music. I love the animation very much, especially seeing how Flapjack makes Hunter smile and then the appearance from King and Eda flying by it cute. But why is the slowed down Eda's Requiem/Raine's Rhapsody and the Outro lofi making me cry?
This is so wholesome, and it makes me so emotional. It’s so cute. Flapjack reminds me of my bird that also went on my shoulder all the time. When flapjack passed in s3, I was SO upset. It reminded me of my bird, that unfortunately flew away a few months ago. We tried everything but she never came back and I was really upset. She used to sit on my shoulder and hide in my hair. I loved her so much when she was around…

just finished the final episode rn. This is so beautiful. I want to thanks my family and friends because now i truly realise what they mean to me. I am a whole different person now that i watched the owl house and i can't describe how i am felling right now but it is wonderful.
Everything come to an end but it doesn't mean that everything is over. Carpe Diem and don't fear what is coming next.
When I saw this video and listened to this calm music, I felt like Hunter in this video. He is my favorite character. As he reads this book, I can see that he is depressed with life.
This is lovely! It's also the only hunter lofi I could find that was actually lofi. 😅. I'm sad that it's so short, and would love it if it was longer... But this is simply wonderful. You did an amazing job animating this.

This show really brings memories, it raised me since it aired basically. Since I saw it air on Disney and stuck to it, this exact video makes me cry my eyes out knowing the show is gone. But it helps me sleep, it will always be my comfort show. Nothing is changing that

i literally love this so much. The owl house has honestly helped me through a lot and made me fall in love with a whole world and characters and it feels like a little safe place I can go in my mind.
