Also the purple thing around their necks looks like the Ishtar logo... Maya was acting very strangely based on what we heard from veil containment, attempting to essentially make herself like the witness via her crew due to the veils influence. I think she used what she learnt from working with Clovis on the exos and dealing with the vex on Neptune to not only control the vex, but anything containing radiolaria, including the exos. But exos can resist her influence better as they contain less radiolaria and still have their own minds. I am curious if she can influence nimbus as well and hopefully improve the character.
So I can back after week two and the trailer makes more sense. But leaves a lot of questions, we now might have two vex groups with one being more rather harmless and maybe friendly and the other being super smart and aggressive and collared. We know there was at least one bed who knows how to kill a guardian and they know how to kill a powerful one at that, as Saint died in the original timeline. Is this the evil that killed Saint?

I have a triple tap kinetic tremors Patron of Lost Causes with max range and it's enhanceable it's so f'ing clean. I never played Dawn but always loved the look of the weapons.

Either Maya Sundaresh or Lakshmi-2. The "A familiar voice" title sounds like it's someone we know or knew in the past, so it can't be anyone new. And both took a liking to the vex. Also, FINALLY Failsafe and Nessus are getting some new content. Failsafe hasn't had any lines since Forsaken, (She got some lines in Last wish) and Nessus in all hasn't gotten an update since Season of the Worthy in Beyond Light.

The music and the black and white cutscenes/ animations go so hard. love the vibe. and saint-14 absolute chad, beeing feared by the vex and the eliksni the same.
Here’s hoping that it isn’t a small track they made for it and snippets of music we actually hear in the season, cause they’ve done a bit of both in the past

@@MikeVonGoon81 I honestly have no clue what you’re talking about. Besides day 1 launches things go smoothly on the second day. I’ve had 0 issues since day 2. Bungie is masterful at gameplay, especially when the leadership doesn’t hold them back. I have been on PC since D2 launched on it, and I don’t remember a whole lot of game breaking updates. There’s no other game where you can mess around with abilities the same way as you can with Destiny especially when you mix in weapon harmonies. Prismatic has made things absolutely wild, I have never used the shuriken seriously until prismatic. Freezing enemies, throwing a shuriken, going invisible, making a mass group of ads go volatile then explode, making me invisible again, go prismatic, throw tons of shurikens and grenades, freeze, smash, make strand tangles, etc etc etc.
If there are actual stakes and consequences for the characters for once (I'm being pedantic, obviously Cayde has died and others have died). But we need more loss in the game. I'm sick of conflict resolution happening in two seconds and a lack of consequences for what we do and what happens to us.

There are a few possibilities of people who could be controlling the Vex. Kabr and Asher are possibilities, but I doubt they would ever be an enemy. My best guess is Maya Sunderesh/Lakshmi-2 (Lakshmi was kind of Maya if you look into the Veil Containment logs.) She has a lot of copies of her throughout the Vex Network, and we saw an Ishtar Collective logo in the Black Garden last season.
pretty much the only info i internalized about year 11 was what you also pointed out at the very end, we were told basically nothing, except that its gonna be continuing "D2"
the vex, a roman soldier clad titan, and samurai armor, bungie being able to mix so many styles and it work well always amazes me, and the seasonal onaments look amazing

I haven’t even beaten the campaign yet or got any of the new exotics. I work 6 days a week. Just a month ago I was getting bored with no content, now I can’t keep up. This is how destiny should have been since day 1. I give kudos to whoever is in charge at Bungie now. Thank you!
