Andrew Lincoln being cast as Rick Grimes is one the besting casting choices in tv history. He plays Rick so well. You're not on the Rick train yet, but you will be. 😂 Love your reactions
Dale questioning Shane about Otis and standing up to him even with Shane’s crazy look is one of my favourite parts of the episode Also I loved how Dale didn’t mention that Glenn told him about the barn or Lori pregnancy.
9:52: fun fact her brother/step brother Shaun was in tale tells the walking dead which us a video game based on the comics. It’s implied that what happens in that game on Hershel’s farm also happens in the show. U won’t spoil it but obviously he dies and turns into a walker. I would definitely check the game out it’s really fantastic and you can get the full set of all 4 games pretty cheap as it came out quite a while ago. Great game series that follows one of the most iconic lead characters in gaming Clementine
In my opinion Dale doesn’t like Andrea like that! 😅 it is like a fatherly thing and he’s just being protective as he knows who the real Shane is! Just my opinion 😊
Glenn (resourceful guy)m Maggie and Beth blonde teenager (Hershel's daughters), Hershel (doctor and farm owner), Dale (older guy that see everything), Darryl (tracker/brother of Merle), Andrea (annoying shot Darryl), Carol (mother of Sophia), Patricia (Otis's wife), & Jimmy (random teenage boy under Hershel's care).
Something I love about Carl is how mature he is when he needs to take responsibility He didn’t make excuses for stealing a gun apologized and agreed to Lori’s conditions. The acting between Andrew Lincoln (Rick) And Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori) At the end of the episode is phenomenal I think that scene is probably my favourite in the episode just based on the amazing acting. I get why Maggie was pissed but this situation was a bit different because Glenn specifically offered and Lori asked if he was still up for it It was a lot different than the well situation I think with the well Glenn did feel used but not when Lori asked because she fully gave him the option to turn her down and he’s the one who originally offered Plus that time it was for someone he cares about and is worried about so I give that one a pass at least. Man I love your discussions They’re so well thought out and you give consideration to every character Your opinions fluctuate and you guys seem very understanding of what’s going on with the characters and their behaviour instead of always reacting emotionally I really love hearing your thoughts with that in mind.
I see what you're saying about "if they don't like it they can just leave" and I agree but they don't know that the Walkers are in the barn so they don't know that there's something not to like. The Greene family secret is too dangerous. Their choices were to not let anyone stay with them or tell them from the get they have Walkers in their barn and if they don't like it, leave.
Shane is unhinged. I was happy that Lori told Rick. I really feel that Dale was trying to help with their decisions that needed thoughts about. Hershel needs to learn quickly what the walkers really are. Our group knows but Rick is right. Hershel hasn't seen it. Maybe he won't, maybe he will
We have been waiting for Lori to say something to Rick since season 1. Lol. Im glad he finally knows. Hershel still sees the walkers as people. I hope that changes before something happens to him and his family.
I really don't think Dale is romantically interested in Andrea, I've seen TWD damn near 30 times, and I've never gotten that vibe. I think Dale is just worried for her, because he knows what kind of person Shane is. I also disagree about the walkers in the barn being none of their business. Hershel and his family NEED to know how dangerous they are anyway, and now Maggie's seen that they're not just sick people, because that walker's head was hanging off at the pharmacy, lol. I wanna say more, but I don't know how far you guys have gotten, so I'll zip it for now 🤐😀
I wouldn’t say it was Lori’s fault they got attacked by a walker while a run. Glen offered to go. You can’t play victim if you make the initial offer. So many people ignore this.
You're right. You need people to survive. But, the new people don't get to come on my land and tell me how I should run my farm. It has to be mutual respect.
Ha, I'm so naive! I never put it together about Dale having a thing for Andrea. I thought it was that Father Figure thing but as I'm older and watch it again, I think you're right. He was jealous of Shane. 😆
Dales not jealous of Shane and Andrea, he's looking out for Andrea because he doesn't trust Shane. He is looking out for her more as a father figure imo.
I love you guys defending Hershel, but I disagree that it's not their business. The walkers are dangerous, and having all the information necessary to make an informed decision on whether to stay or go. Hershel doesn't really understand the walkers aren't people and should also at least be informed, he doesn't need to automatically switch his opinion either. Basically, secrets can be really dangerous in this world. Same thing with Lori, factoring in a life on the move during pregnancy and newborn care vs. dealing with Hershels rules and a barn full of walkers.
I think Hershel is lucky that the wrong group didn't find him, because they could easily take over his property. I can understand why they don't want to leave and why Hershel doesn't want them to stay, but Hershel would be smarter to let them stay. He and his family haven't been out in the world like Rick's group, so they've been sheltered from what the world is like now...Maggie got a taste of it with Glenn at the pharmacy, but they're incredibly naive and need a reality check.
You're right. Old rules don't apply in this new world. There are people who will do anything to ensure their survival. Hershel has been removed on what is really going on. Hopefully, he will come around soon. You need people to survive. But, those people should also be respectful of the owner's wishes. You can't just come on my land and think you run anything.
It always makes me mad when I see Patricia wasting perfectly good chicken on walkers . And Glenn needed to tell our people about the walkers in the barn because they are sleeping outside not too far away from them . That’s a disaster waiting to happen.
Ik this sounds crazy but i feel bad for shane because hes looks as a monster,he had to do the most screwed up things to save Carl and he makes the most logical decisions but rick still doesn't try to support or talk to Shane. Tbh Shane just seems alone more than anything like i don't believe hes a bad dude I think the pressure of having to live with his actions is what is killing him
Hello 👋 Another awesome video, 👍👍 Oh my golly, the first time I saw this episode, all I could think is, dang Maggie is all over the place with those emotions, 🤨😆 Glad Lori finally told Rick, even though he had a feeling, he did not have the proof, 👍 At this point all I could think of was, wow, Shane seems to be falling further down that tunnel of evil, I was hoping if he got his mind on Andrea, things might level off, but not seeing it though, at least with how he is acting with Dale, 😏 I always thought of Dale as our groups father figure, he just needs to learn to give his opinion and then step back and let whoever make whatever decision they need to, he never seemed jealous in any other way towards Andrea, only thought of her and Amy as daughters, at least going by his conversation with Andrea over Amy’s body, I took his reaction to her and Shane returning in their state, like Hershel did with Maggie about Glenn, only in this case his “daughter” is interested in an evil (in his mind) person, 😏 I believe a lot of Shane’s hostility towards Dale is because he busted him holding Rick in his sights and is possibly waiting for Dale to say something to the group, so it has him on edge maybe, 🤔
Initially, we saw Dale as a father figure too. But there were a few things he said and did that made me realize he may desire Andrea in a different way. Someone mentioned a few episodes back that Andrea and Dale were a couple in the comic books. I guess they changed their relationship for the show. 🤷🏾♀️ I agree with you on Shane. Shane has been hostile with Dale since he caught him aiming his riffle at Rick. I worry about Dale's safety around Shane.
@@AtypicalReactions 👍👍 I really wish people would not comment on the comic in reference to the show because of the major differences, but you will get a lot of that sadly, I completely forgot my youngest (who read the comics) had mentioned that relationship, he waited a season before telling me about the comic comparisons so it did not interfere with the show storyline, I just wish everyone did that for new Reactors, 👍🙂

I love how empathetic yet logical Rick is It’s what makes him such a great leader and a great husband.

Watching your reactions is like watching the show again for the first time
❤️😊
You have me cracking up holding your ground and defending Hershel - "you can just leave!" And so excited that you did another episode so quickly!
Having people invade your space constantly needing stuff is tough. I would have wanted to throw everybody out as soon as Carl started walking again. 🤣
Back to back reactions I love it
🙌🏾
Oh, ya'll on it today with the uploads!! Woot, woot.
🙌🏾
“Secrets get you killed.”
Indeed.
That was my reaction to Lori and her hypocrisy, too 7:43 The nerve of her..😭😭
Right! Smh.

I felt so bad for Glenn everyone was putting so much pressure on him.
Same.
“There’s walkers in the barn and Lori’s pregnant “ 😂 well damn Glenn- tell it all at once buddy 😂😂
I was like oh, they posted another one lol
🙌🏾
In my opinion Dale doesn’t like Andrea like that! 😅 it is like a fatherly thing and he’s just being protective as he knows who the real Shane is! Just my opinion 😊
He strictly sees her as a daughter. He lost his wife and saw Andrea and Amy as his daughters.

It was good that Daryl forgave Andrea, also Lori never asked Maggie to go into the town, she only ask Glenn, Maggie was wrong for saying that to Lori
If Maggie didn't go, Glenn would be dead. Maggie's delivery was harsh. But I'm glad she stood up for Glenn. It needed to be said.

Hershel IS a good man and a kind heart but has a lot to learn about idealism vs pragmatism.
I wonder how long Harshall family can survive on that farm alone… ppl need ppl.
You're right. You need people to survive. But, the new people don't get to come on my land and tell me how I should run my farm. It has to be mutual respect.
That's true, because it's a farm, it's open despite fences a heard would tear through there. However, Rick's group was tripping, lol.
Smart guess in the beginning.
Secrets are coming out ! 🤫
you said Dale ain't got no boundaries 😂😂😂 he a whole hotmess. the president of the HOA association at somebody else $HIT 😂😂
