I would say even without the large tripod, you are looking at somewhere between 10.1 - 12 kg. Given most European airlines allow cabin baggage up to 10kg, you'd be looking to pay an extra fee if someone decided to weigh the backpack.

Great question, I've never had an airline stop and have me weigh my backpack, but I'd say it's around 30lbs.
