- It's Mother's Day 2018 and time to make mom feel special. Dad got up early with the kids and made breakfast while Mom got to sleep in and read in bed. The day was a sweet one with lots of love and happiness.

I love hearing pisitives of being a mom. I was told I'd never have kids but after 12 years of marriage my miracle was born. Being a mom is the very best part of my life, next to my relationship with Jesus.

I don’t own an ironing board, my dad died when I was young so I know how short life can be, it’s my mission to make the most of every day and there is just so much fun family time to be had that there is no time to waist at an ironing board. We just shake it and wear it 😁
I agree! We even go to church and wear those same kind of church clothes and we almost never iron! You just hang up your church clothes fresh out of the dryer and that is good enough! This is how I feel with just three kids, I can't imagine doing it for 9 kids. But, to each their own. It's definitely their choice to do it!
My grandma LOVES ironing, so she irons absolutely everything 😂😂😂 We iron school and work shirts in my house, but that is about it!

Ironing relaxes me. I could iron for hours while watching tv or listening to music.
We use that Downy wrinkle releases. It is a life change. Sometimes we do crease pants for church. But def not as anal about ironing as we used to be.

If you're gonna make the cook book, would be awesome addition to have each kid (and the parents too of course) pick their favorite meal and make a separate page for every single one of them.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE the Kodiak pancake mix! They're really delicious, and I love that they have whole grain and protein. I recently discovered them as well. I also love that they're suuuuper easy to make. :)

Cookbook would be awesome! I have a family of 6 and it would be nice to have a bunch of recipes that you don’t have to double and figure out measurements. It never comes out the same when you have to double a recipe.

We do smores in the microwave in the winter time. You put the cracker with chocolate in for 20 seconds then add the marshmallow and put it back in for 10 seconds. Then squish the top on and eat- yum!

I have gone back and watched some of your earlier videos. When you purchased your RV and leaving to travel. Oh my gosh everyone was so much smaller. Jude and Eve were so little. You were talking about. Where you wanted to go and see and didn’t know where you would someday end up living in a house and where. So fun because we now know all the places you have been and where you are now.

We use our microwave for s'mores. If you use a large marshmallow you have to cut or rip it in half. We put a graham cracker with the chocolate and marshmallow and then put it in the microwave. Watch it carefully because the marshmallow will expand and you just want it to get about double in size then you take it out of the microwave and pop the other cracker on top of the marshmallow. The heat from the marshmallow will melt or warm the chocolate.
