Thank you! I’d love to visit NYC. I’m thinking of setting up Skype lessons. Possibly this summer. The mouthpiece I was using in the video was a Warburton 2M top with Qm backbore. It’s a large mouthpiece but they make smaller sizes. It’s one of my favorites for Mariachi music.

GhostLegend4578 hello check out my video “part one”. Practicing vibrato while playing scales helps a lot. It took me a full year before my vibrato started to sound good. I’ll post a 3rd video very soon!

I've watched all your vids before replayed them also so i can hear by ear as well... I'm in a group mariachi and we have to vibrato the beginning of the song "son la negra" and i can't vibrato that fast... I just want to clean it up and be smoother i practice with the scales like b scale c sharp scale f b flat scale etc

GhostLegend4578 you’re gonna have to play slow vibrato for a while. It’ll speed up naturally over time. Sometimes just practicing it while you practice your songs helps a lot. It really does take months, years of fine tuning your sound.
