@@acearmy3912 supply drops with weapons would never give you weapons I’m master prestige in bo3 but I prob only have about a third of all supply drop guns and most being melee, but if it’s like Iw where you can do challenges on top of getting it from Supply drops then I’ll take that
@@awesomestevie27 I agree with that, but I played the shit out of BO3 and I got about the same. I feel it could use some reworking but other than that I like it more than buying things. I mean, everyone is going to have their own view of it and both have positives and negatives to them

@@planetmaker3472 I'm gonna be honest if 3arc made BO4 zombies 1:1 like Bo3 people would've called them lazy. I personally love how they were experimental with BO4 zombies. Yeah it may have failed to most but I liked it

bundles hardly affect gameplay and you know what you're getting, so it's much better.
Supply drops are lotto tickets but more pricey
I'm sorry but I might have to disagree with the bundles because I don't want to be put into a match where someone spent 20 dollars just so they don't have to grind a gun so much I'd much rather go back to the 12 level system but keep the unlock challenges for different guns

Tell me 20 dollars for 2 weapon blueprints that have lots of attachments is more expensive than about 6 dollars for 6 different crates

Bundles by a long shot. The amount of RNG needed to pull a weapon out of BO3 supply was damn near impossible to get without dropping money
Such an OG for giving the VMP the number 1 spot, before the XMC got nerfed it was absolutely OP and it was better than the VMP.
I liked the mystery of supply drops and they were available with currency you didn’t have to drain your wallet into, the bundles are good because you know what you’re getting but they’re a tad overpriced
I would love the supply drop system back. Opening those 10 key crates and getting a dlc weapon was one of the best feelings ever. Love the videos man

@@hayman75 Ballista wasn’t great but I wouldn’t say it was worse than any of the Vanguard or WW2 snipers. Even the Outlaw from BO4 is pretty damned terrible so I don’t think the ballista would make it onto the list
@@litbananakong6575 The Outlaw had a very big learning curve you had to hit the head but if you were accurate it was probably the deadliest gun in the game
@@Creatxr9530 I suppose so, but the same thing could be said for the Mozu (Skullsplitter) and it’s still regarded as one of the lower tier guns in the game
Box system was goated the feeling of get those ten credits and open one because you were to Impatient get more was top tier feeling
XMC before nerf was a mad monster
Supply drops were annoying but I miss em and would love to see them return
As someone who doesn't spend money on games besides the initial purchase, I prefer the supply drop system because I can earn them. If there was a way to earn bundles, or the currency to get them, I'd be all for it. I understand from the standpoint of someone willing to spend the money why bundles are better, but I don't think that's the majority of players. The other option is to have both systems in the game. Crates give you a chance of getting items for free but you can also just buy the bundles
I don't like bundles or supply drops.
But if I had to pick one, it would be bundles, because at least you know what you're getting.
The supply drops did have some cool camos and in my opinion the bundles make other camos that isn't a mystery camo unless. They could bring it back but keep weapons free
The razorback in the bo3 beta was unstoppable
I like the idea of unlock challenges with bundles actually being locked until you get the weapon first. To me, that makes the game more fair since instead of someone just buying the gun and just skipping the unlock process for the base gun, (which all you had to do was remove the attachments from the bundle version so it didn't really matter), you could at the least say you put in the grind to unlock it. Especially if it was something OP, like the LC10 and Marshall back in Cold War where people would just buy bundles once they were released and work from there.
I started playing BO3 when it died and it had no loot drops so that’s why I like it a lot
I like the supply drops because I got excited to see what I'll get. Then when I get something nice I jump up out my seat muffle yelling "oooh I got it. I can't believe I got it. OMG I got it."
At least I can grind supply drops instead of coughing my wallet up
Because of the slight delay I would take out the HLX9 and put Razorback

bo4 supply drop system after the overhaul (when you could actually use cases to buy any gun you wanted just by playing the game)
I’d like the supply drop system from ww2 back, I got most of the guns in that game just from leveling up and doing missions. 75 games played for a free gun? That’s a good system
Kuda with grip, extended mags and silencer got me 10+ nukes atleast. Then long barrel, extended mag, fast mag xmc was solid too.
tbf at least with the 20$ bundles you have all the guns not locked behind a paywall

Loved the VMP, also the Weevil! How would I like to unlock weapons? Honestly, no supply drops or bundles; earn them the good old fashioned way.
Bo3 might be the only cod where every gun was good af even the pistol u start out with was a fkn beast and was always banned in pro matches
I think we should have the supply drop system, but with the ability to complete challenges to get guns. Have everything in the drops but the weapons were earn-able or purchasable
Speaking of the xmc, I just ran into one of those annoying invisible, impossible to kill people who were also hacking whilst using a the xmc

Honestly I prefer the bundles over the supply drop system. I like to get what I'm paying for rather than nearly end up on the streets because I wanted a certain camo for a gun

To answer your question on the supply drop or $20 bundles I think they should have supply drops but similar to how in BO3 you could save up 45 crypto coins and get 2 rare supply drops when it would cost 60 so it’s a deal I think they should do something like that where you have to save up the in game currency to buy what would then be named a rare supply drop where the only loot pool in rare expensive supply drops are blue rarity or above weapon camos and dlc weapons which makes them encourage you to play the game more to get more currency to buy better weapons instead of playing to get a double rare supply drop in BO3 to get some stupid camo or a character customization thing

I liked supply drops just so let because you could get EVERYTHING eventually and wouldn’t have to shell out 100s of £/$. They could’ve made it better by making challenges to improve the odds of a weapon or uniform

I had the xmc and I paired it with akimbo Marshall 16. I'd rather have iw supply drops, you could grind out a weapon in a couple hours or get lucky and get it right away along with variants actually doing something.
As a zombie player, seeing the vmp so high is a shocker

XMC had faster TTK due to damage, had better range, and was more accurate. VMP only had the fire rate going for it.
When bundles came around i never had to pray for rng to get an OP gun ever again, and Modern Warfare had free blueprint challenges so bundles all the way

Ww2 supply drops where you can get a pretty good amount drops and optionally purchase drops
if they were to ever go back to supply drops it needs to be the supply drops from Black ops 4 at the end of the life cycle

In cold war, dlc weapons were unlockable in mp and zombies or you could just buy the bundle, but at first you couldn't unlock camos if you buy the weapon but the realized that more people would buy the bundles if they can unlock camos so they changed it.
Tldr, the current system is better cause you can unlock them 2 different ways instead of bullshit rng

I would want the supply drop system so long as they didn't have the guns in them and just released in a battle pass, keeping cosmetics behind supply drops. Obviously I want there to be a way to earn drops, like in AW you did challenges, or most cases for me, just get one for dying, or there could be a cryptokey and salvage system like there was in IW, MWR, and WWII
Edit: I say this because there is hardly anything to earn in COD anymore, everything is locked behind some sort of paywall. Sure, you can get a few skins by playing the game, but they all look like shit compared to the things you have to buy, and the only mastery camo in the last 3 years that was worth a damn was Dark Aether in CW

listen.. I know supply drops are a bad system but at least they allow you to get a significant amount of COSMETIC content for free. In the new games there is barely any free unlockable content outside of the base game. The $20 bundles are insanely overpriced as well so they are just ridiculous.
I think the best supply drop system was the one found in MW:R as it allowed you to either spend in-game earnable credits on whatever you wanted with the collections, or it allowed you to gamble them on the supply drops. Loved it.

$20 for everything is ridiculous, but at least you get what u pay for. If they brought back supply drops they should stay cosmetic
