GT Goku assist is so good rn for getting into lockdown situations bc whenever you hear the assist call you instinctively jump to avoid the beam bc we’re so used to normal horizontal beam assist, but now GT Goku assist comes diagonal where you jump and get lockdown into mix...over time I think we will adapt to this
I can't believe I dropped this game for mk11 but after this match I'm back and I agree with gt goku haven't played many good ones but watching this I can see what you mean about his assist. His damage is crazy good with the spirit bomb setup.

In Sonic Fox's case he is simply put a prodigy through and through, I ain't touching that no time soon. Watching this made me realize that goichi is actually a fighterZ genius. I noticed that he doesnt go aggro until he finds the perfect time to land a single high damage combo with a level 3 at the end, and he completely switches into a super agressive gear after landing that big first attack.
I'm not watching the match; it's too short to not know who won. Congrats GO1, but Losers Finals was prolly the most hype. Hope Sonic can brush up his DBFZ skills n give us a revisit of the classic rivalry. Still a great event for DBFZ!!
You know what I like about this GO1 team? it doesnt rely on any gymmick like his last piccolo team relying on hellzone or those pre nerf Gotenks ghost teams everyone played. This team is all about pressure, landing optimal combos, landing strong (but not busted) mixups and overall just good play. It is good for expectators.
Alex Ferrier Spirit bomb mix is pre-patches Bardock lvl 3 though lol. If you have one bar and an assist you can convert off of, it’s literally guaranteed.
