I lived in Atlanta for 15 years before moving to Los Angeles. Now, I have moved back to Atlanta because I miss the lower cost of living and the beautiful streets, etc. I also live in Midtown where I can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, bars etc., and don’t have to take my car. so it depends on where you live as how easy or difficult it is to get around.
My biggest problem with Georgia is the low paying jobs the roads and the low income housing availability as well as some of the people. Things I like about Georgia are the nature and state parks and the city of Lafayette ga very beautiful town towards the northern part of the state
The city has nothing to do with the power problems. Georgia Power, a private company, takes care of it. I’ve been here 40 years. I wouldn’t say our power outages are a big problem. They don’t happen unless there that rare tornado of high winds and I’ve never been without power for more than a few hours.

I like how diverse the Hispanic community is with everyone outside the city limits.
i was looking at a house in Atlanta and I found a hole in the ceiling 🤣
Not the ceiling 😂😂😂
Cons for me are bugs 🪳 🕷️ 🦟 🥵
Cons….you need to drive everywhere. Things are so spread out. Might as well stay in your town and build there.
Pros….business. Open up a business
There are no Pros to living in Atlanta!
