Having grown up in Fayetteville I agree with everything you say. I also like the abundance of different choices of grocery stores on the Northside and the restaurants tend to be better too. Fayette County is getting better about grocery stores though! PTC is getting a Trader Joe's where Books-a-Million currently is at the Avenue. (Not ideal considering the traffic there is horrible but progress lol)
Anyway, thanks again for another great video! I'm not looking for a house currently but I'll be coming to you if or when I make the decision! 😉
