Then I discovered VT007 and bought one in 2022 to give it a try while continuing to take Vitamine D and Calcium supplement (and also took 4 packages of Garden of Life Vitamin Code Grow Bone in 2022). I am 120 lbs, normally used the vibration plate three times a week if I used it, each time around 7-8 minutes, not 10 minutes, set it at 30 hz on lower amplitude vibration setting. I was not a persistant user of the vibration plate but I believe that I, on and off, managed to use it for aobut one year or so since I bought it. Last year, 2024, I had the 3rd bone scan. To my big surprise, to my family doctor's surprise as well, the reslut was significantly improved, L1-L4 (-2.1), Left themoral neck (-2.2), Lef total hip (-1.7). I belive using VT007 helped me to achieve the improvement.

Wondering if physical activities that make the body vibrate are beneficial for building bone. Examples are stand up paddleboarding, gravel cycling, and jump rope.
Jump rope, yes (see Dr Doug’s video on heel drops). SUP more for muscles, core, balance. Gravel cycling only if standing up on the pedals as sitting is negatively correlated with bone health, unfortunately, as it is not weight-bearing. People who love to cycle (or swim) love to push back on that, but the research is the research.
@MelloCello55 not that it is weight bearing as much as vibrations particularly on the hands and wrists. Gravel is typically more uncomfortable than road cause there is a lot of vibration.
@ Yes. When it is pointed out to them that cycling is not considered weightbearing, and that cyclists actually have lower bone density that non-cyclists, they argue that it helps build muscles and the muscles pull on the bones, so it must be good for bones (despite the research). They choose to believe what they want to believe. I feel the same as I like to cycle, and I like to swim (and swimmers are the same; they argue with the research). We don’t want to believe it, so some don’t. I have come around.
Hi! Checkout our other videos on Power plates. Those may be helpful! The first one is called "Vibration Therapy for Osteoporosis (Episode 1 of 3) | Interview with Dr. Clinton Rubin from Marodyne"
After using a vibration plate one time, the next day I had vaginal bleeding for hours. Went to the ER , no cancer . I have to assume it wasn’t good for me a post menopause woman
Suppose you’re little, like 100#? And don’t need a monster device to handle any body weight? I mean, do I have to pay for a one-size-fits-all, when I only need petite?
Incredibly helpful. Thank you! Do we know when the vt007 studies will be completed? Maybe it’s possible to get on a list of potential buyers pending study results? Also, regarding specifications, aren't the specs that are obtained with the user ON the plate the only specs that matter? It would not have much value to know what frequency and displacement happens in the condition where there is no-one on the plate...

If you weigh 111 lbs, do you think the amplitude of VT007 is enough for bone building and circulation improvement?
The power plate made me feel that my eyes are going to jump out of the socket any minute.. way too strong..:)

Is atrial fibrillation a concern with these machines???
Individuals who have one of the following conditions should not participate in high intensity whole body vibration training:
Kidney or bladder stones.
Arrhythmia.
Pregnancy.
Epilepsy.
Seizures.
Cancer.
A pacemaker.
Untreated orthostatic hypotension.
@@joycemccloyhi joy, could you tell me how you found this information please, are their certain studdies I can read, thank you.

Is osteo Arthritis the same as osteo psoriasis
@ Well the vibration plates are weightbearing, not just vibrating. But I have learned that cyclists choose what they want to believe.
@MelloCello55 you have learned cyclists choose what they want to believe?
Did I understand that your recommendation is to use the low power setting on the power plate?
Hi! Checkout our other videos on Power plates. Those may be helpful! The first one is called "Vibration Therapy for Osteoporosis (Episode 1 of 3) | Interview with Dr. Clinton Rubin from Marodyne"
If you had to pick between personal PowerPlate vs VT007, what would you pick?
According to Juvent, their machine has a G force of .3, which they claim is better than higher numbers.
I think it will be updated several times.

I have a quite rare condition called superior canal dehiscence - basically a hole in the ear. Craniotomy for left ear in 2010, but do have a hole in right ear. I bought a cheap (225 dollar) vibration plate a few years back and it gave me vertigo for a week. Had never had vertigo before so assuming that was it. Sure wish I knew if the power plate used correctly would be safe and not cause vertigo or aggravate that other ear. Has anyone else gotten vertigo from a vibration plate?

Just watched a Dr Gundry video interview with the Juvent dude. They go for a lot (5K). His claim is it doesn’t cause TBIs. Any thoughts?

Thanks. The maridime never made any logical sense. Why don’t we like the teeter totter plates? With those you can choose to stand more in the center or edge for more amplitude.

@@petra2912 There is nobody here that can give the full amount of information to make an informed decision. People can’t afford power plate move if that machine is even useful or safe for us. If you go to a Dr. they have 10 mins with you and all info is not given imo. Pretty sad how we pay so much for medical but can’t get more than 10 mins per visit. We have to be our own advocate and even then we can’t possibly get the info from a Doctor with knowledge. It’s about the money. Guess doctors don’t make enough these days.
Healthcare is simply better when one has money. Sad, but real fact.
I am shocked that you think Elon Musk is mission over profit! I am not going to lie; I lost some respect for you with that statement.
