- Trying to make some mosaic pins for my future knife builds!
I hope you don't mind this voiceover try, just experimenting here too :') And it's way easier than explaining all by text!
Thank you!

Lately some of you guys asked for a Q&A video. Would you like one? If so ask your question here! :D
Black Beard Projects is there anything you would change about your 72inch belt grinder? Are you still satisfied with the design. ?
Black Beard Projects where are you from?
Black Beard Projects what were your aspirations while growing up?
Black Beard Projects with creepy voice only. Mr trollo
How old are you? And what did you study ?
Neat. I like how you used the syringe to vacuum up the resin rather than drip it down. Should ensure they are fully filled.
Kaged Creations agreed! Great idea!
Thanks man :)
Dude that is fantastic! thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you a lot brother :)
Nice! I have made mosaic pins before, but the way you did it is really slick. I have always injected the resin into the tube. The vacuum seems way cleaner and you don't waste the syringe after one use. The CA glue to hold things together is a nice touch too. Next time I make some pins, I am going to try it this way.
That's great! :) Thank you Justin! :)
These are so cool! I’ve done a little resin casting as a hobby. I found that cured resin peels right off those syringes - The plastic they’re made of is very slippery. The resin even peeled off the rubber part of the plunger. Usually I could just pull the plunger out and the cured resin would stick to that enough to pull the cured resin right out. I don’t know if that helps you - It just looked like your procedure required 3 hands - and you pulled it off quite well!
I like the quick no bullshit way of doing this. It does not need to be a 30 minute video with lots of mystery. Thanks.
Thanks again Vigil Ante :)
La tua creatività e'illuminante.
Troppo gentile :')
Thank you for this video. I've wondered how mosaic pins were made, and now I know. I see myself making some in the future.
Love your channel.
Thank you Brady :) Very kind :)
I agree with you buddy, that last one is awesome!!
Thank you man :) :)
those are pretty simple but at the same time really nice. I think they will add character to the knife. I now want to try and make some.
Haha! :') That's great Dimitar! Go ahead! Thank you :)
I like the commentary it really adds to the video and lets us know what you are doing. Great video.
Very nice. Maybe pick up some other pigment colors. I tried green. Looks good with some woods.
Thank you!! :)
I would call that last pin (the one you liked the most) either "Cylon Raider" (if viewing the negative space) or "Earth and Moon" (if viewing the two solid pins). After staring at the paused image at 3:34, it looks like the Battlestar Galactica Cylon icon from the later series.
The voiceover is very good and your English is spot on. You could mix and match your videos- some or most with voice, others are obvious without narration.
Thank you man! :) Very cool names!
I enjoy all your videos. Your are very creative and talented. I'm going to try some of these. THANKS
Thank you a lot man :) appreciated
Clever technique man :)
Thank you my friend :) :)
These are beautiful! I will definitely be using these in the next knife I make. :P
Just a friendly suggestion to save time, you could cover your work area in tin-foil (or wax paper) so that the resin doesn’t get all over that poor workbench. xD
you're like a renaissance person. making many things succesfuly.
what is your job? looking like a mad scientist or someting. where do you live and originally from?
i always watch all of your videos and knowing too litle about you.
Haha :') Thank you!!! I wish I'll be able to let you know more soon :)
Ideia, incrível,! Parabéns!
That's a smart method! I shall add this video in the "clever trick" collection 😎
Ha! :') Thank you!
Awesome to hear your voice!!

Great technique
Tanks Greg! :)
Great idea. Looks hreat
Thank you Adrew!!
You used "Crowd Hammer" music from Kevin Macleod in one of your builds and I liked it so much, I looped it and have it playing while watching many of your other videos.
Yeah I like that one a lot too :)
Good job bro! Those are sweet
Thank you my friend :)
Where do you get the seringe and plastic tube ?
Ordered the syringe and tubing. Will be making my own mosaics wednesday!
Love the voiceoveer
Thank you my friend :)
You can use tig welding wire for the insides because how small the wire is and probably get some great design out of it.
Great idea!! :) I'll see if I can get my hands on some!
@BlackBeardProje nice one great quick video
Thank you my friend :)
excellent job very good idea
Nice work Bro 👍
Haha! :') Grazie carissimo, si ci sono davvero tante possibilità!
experimentar é bom. é assim que se descobre coisas novas.
These are cool dude. I like them.
the narration was unexpected :D didn't know you had a voice ;) haha
Keep up the good work my man.

Great work, partner!!! I like it!!
Tnx man....great 👍
bellissimo video complimenti
Grazie :)
Nice, I may try this myself and maybe the micarta...
That's great man :) Have fun making :)
I just watched a vid where a guy used clean hose on both ends of the brass tube. He used masking tape to make a U-shape with the brass tube at the bottom and the tubing forming the U. The using a syringe he sucked the resin mixture from the container into the U. Turned it so the solution didn't dip out and placed them in a box. Thought you could use this method. Less clean up.
You should make a smoking hat or something like this to honor the real blackbeard xD
Haha! :')
Cool vid dude, try making a machete pls
Thanks man :) I'll see!
L'idea della siringa per riempire i tubi è geniale.
Visto da qualcun altro ovviamente. xD
just found your channel great stuff man .
Awrsome video and better pins for my knives👌 and if you do a QnA heres my question: how tall are you? Keep up the awesome content brother👊
Yeah man :) Thank you!
What tool/machine (apart from the 3d printer^^) could you not live without!!
Amazing
I think thats the first time i hear your voice !! :)
Maybe! :) I have a couple other video where I talk ;)
que genial
so cool
Question, what are those used for in knife building? I don't know much, that is why I ask.
They go in the handle to secure the scales to the tang of the knife :) You can watch some of my knifemaking video to see these in use!
Woah those are really cool! I made a couple of these before, they are a lOT more work than i expected. Great video! P.S..... It's pronounced "Moe-say-ick". Keep up the great work!
Right!! :) Thank you my friend :)
That's clever.
:')
I've seen a lot of people make mosaic pins but this seems to be the least messy and you can reuse the syringe. I'm saving this video for later.
That's great! Thank you my friend :) :)
have you ever used different color to dye the resin?
Not yet! :)
Black Beard Projects I think if you matched the resin color to the same color of the handle liner. where they have a thin colored peice in the handle next to tang. say red and red
There is an interesting market for people who make these. Some good money in interesting places
Yeah true! :)
Oh, your voice over was fine.
Blackbeard Q&A will you make thanks infinity gauntlet and SpiderMan web shooters
Nice👍💪
Thanks!! :)
If you place the filled tubes on some modelling clay it does not leak
Very nice can you make one with David' s star inside star with 6 points
Where can you buy the tubing
Beautiful! Are you willing to sell? I’d love to do my next knife with your pins.
Thank you! :) I'm sorry but I don't produce these. So no :)
Which material you use inside of pins?
Glow in the dark resin for next time maybe?
Uuu great idea! :)
It is food safe to use tóner for the resin?
Out of curisoty where ar you from if you don't mind me asking
Another motharfuckin' quality video, and the syringe trick is pure genius! :) -ThefellowItalian
Thank you brother :)
Great video and u have a cool accent where r u from?
Thanks!! I'm Italian :)
Nice
Thanks!! :)
sweet
Square peg round hole
Talking about me? :')
top
:D
I like the Mickey Mouse 😏
Haha! :') Not sure if I'll ever use that one to be honest!
Black Beard Projects That's ok. It gave me a good idea for the kitchen knives I'm going to make my wife. She's a Disney nut.
Toner is very toxic.
Didn't know that! I'll must do some research. Thank you for pointing that out!
Muslims r sooo smart!,,,
I like more without voice, is like "pure" i guess
I see :) I'm pretty sure I'll stick with my format anyway, but sometime is useful! Always trying new thing :)
