This can get rid of some liquid that is related to urination this will also work with other fluids such as sweat. if you cant cry tighten every bone in your body for about 20 seconds 3. Pee just a little. No one will notice if you just pee a little in your pants 4. Think about anything but urination. This will not only stop your bodies urge to urinate but it will help calm your nerves in a lockdown! After doing all of these steps I would read it another 3 times just to remember cuz you never know when you gotta go!
