I gained 20lbs this year. I wasn’t able to leave the house so I just lost my mind. I ate whatever and did nothing but sit. When things started reopening I just couldn’t be bothered. I decided to get my shit together in 2021 and it’s been a real struggle getting back to real foods and movement. Here’s hoping 2021 will be better for everyone.
Thank the gods we will soon have a new president despite the idiocy of some members of the Republican party, including the two Senators from my home state of Tennessee. Just want to scream about that, but instead I write letters to them (useless I know) and walk. I didn't gain any weight in 2020, but I'm just a year out. I didn't get to goal and I'm struggling with these last 12 pounds. I will get there though. My goal for this year is 20 minutes of some kind of exercise every day. Still love your videos. If I had room for an exercise bike, I would join you!
