This man is an absolute MONSTER. To go from -3 to +9 only hundreds of feet above the ground takes absolute balls of steel. Plenty have died trying that.
It was a really good idea to have the audio of Brännström in the flying video to actually hear how it affects the pilot
That Gripen is a thing of beauty. I think this my favourite flight demo so far

That -3 to +8 discrepancy is just crazy!!! 🤯🤯🤯
And then down to 9 for quite a long time. He's a Viggen veteran pilot. Those guys were - and are - world class pilots.

this requires rigorous training, discipline and serious breathing skills, unfortunately, even with a hard work not everybody is able to pass the 9g test

No, the body mass will not increase. It will be the same.
The weight, however will increase.
I'm pretty sure the weight stays the same aswell.
@@Qrama No. Weight is measured in Newton and is a force. In 9G the weight is 9 times greater compared to "normal" gravitation force.
The mass stays the same.
I’m sure English is not his first language. These pilots are pretty well educated and probably have had at least one physics class. Or he might be correct in referring to “mass” as in “inertial mass”. The inertial resistance to acceleration of the body when responding to force.”

Maybe he's talking about, body mass index, BMI. Under heavy G:s he gets shorter but his mass stays the same=>higher BMI, fatter pilot.😉

It's engine GE F 404, flight computer and auxiliary systems are US made hence without their permission Sweden cannot export gripen

Due to the current political situation in Pakistan I don't think that will be possible.
@@sahilpooja eeh no.. the engine is built under licence and heavily modified by volvo. Flight computer and aux system is developed by SAAB. US has no veto where JAS is being sold, Swedish government has. By policy, they are not to be sold to some nations because of obvious reasons.

These aircrafts was killing it in red flag, regardless of 4th or 4.5 gen doesn't matter really... JAS-E is rebuilt from scratch on a new platform
