Interesting way to make tea. When I find a Turkish tea pot will try it. The bottom portion that holds the water is pretty cleaver. Turkish tea appears to be strong and it allows everyone to make it their liking.
Since i was fascinating with all Turkey way all i wanted to know and learn is how they made their tea and why tea is Turkish most favorite drink from the way they prepare and most of all i was so.amazed with their tea glass really look so different from Japanese tea cup 👌👏👏👏

Hello, Ingrid. You might buy from a market black tea. Glasses get hot yes. But you can use it or wait a little bit. www.travelistanbul.co welcomes you to turkey.
BLACK TEA VARIETIES Camellia sinensis assamica is a larger-leafed varietal of the tea plant that is typically used to produce black tea. Originating in the Assam district of India, it grows in warm, moist climates and is prolific in sub-tropical forests. Camellia sinensis sinensis is a smaller-leafed variety native to China that is typically used to make green and white teas. It evolved as a shrub growing in sunny regions with drier, cooler climates. It thrives in mountainous regions because it has a high tolerance for cold. Hundreds of cultivars and hybrid plants have evolved from these Camellia sinensis plant varieties over time. But technically any type of tea-white, green, yellow, oolong, black or pu-erh-can be made from the leaves of any Camellia sinensis plant. Article from www.teatulia.com/tea-varieties/what-is-black-tea.htm
Thank you for the video. Just a couple of questions: how long do you wait after you pour the hot water into the tea leaves? And how many times can you brew the same pot of tea?
After you put hot water, tea leaves will float on the hot water. After ten minutes, check the tea leaves whenever they sink to the bottom it means it is brewed. Enjoy it.
India by and large also has a pretty robust tea drinking culture. By the way, can you elaborate a bit about the loose tea leaves which you used. Is there a particular way in which that tea leaf has been prepared? In India we have, basically, two ways in which the tea leaves are conditioned. One is referred to at the CTC (crush, tear & curl) type, while the more traditional type is known as Orthodox, which basically involves rolling the fresh shoots of tea leaves that imparts a different look and also a different flavour/taste characteristic.
Tea grows north part of Turkey. You can see many videos of how they harvest that loose leaf. I buy from a market which is ready. Enjoy your tea with your loved ones.
Hi Abass, There are Tea Bags for that. Turkish tea is good with small glasses. Tea with the big Cups don't give pleasure enough :) Tea is good with friends. When you make some tea call your friend and drink together.

By the time he puts the tea into the upper chamber, the water temp has gone down to maybe 190°. Is that correct?
How long/how many minutes do you have to steep?
Whenever the tea leaves not floating on the water in the tea pot.

Asalam u Aliekum
Brother can you tell me which kind of tea powder we can use for making?
''Loose leaf tea'' it is called.
how much time is it infusing?
Just control the tea leaves. They will float top of the water at the beginning when they sink, the tea will be ready to drink.
@@HanifiYilmaz ok, thank you

WITH JUST ONE BOILING THE TEA TURNS A BLACK COLOR? MAYBE THE TEA CONTAINS IT ROSA DAMASCENA?
How long do you brew the tea?

The red saucer is it melamine or porcelain. China does have 2 different ones !

Wrong recipe. You dont put tea to the pot and then water. You first need to put the water and then put the over the water.

I drink several glass of tea in a day. But I eat lamb few times in a month. Tea is simple but take long time in our lives. :)
