So cool! I always like caboose runs and the Pennsy 2-10-4 is a plus. The scale test weight car is interesting. On the prototype roads, there are some with and some without, brakes. The ones without the brakes are not allowed on the rear of a train, for obvious reasons. There a different restrictions, depending on the railroad where it is running. Speed and placement, usually. An excellent video, as always.
