I like the idea of someone not knowing how fast Sonic is challenging him to a race for the first level.
Sonic's death to be precise, seeing as it took Koopa the Quick more than 10 minutes to complete the race

@@officialSLF2 at least brawl had a model and taunts.(and i liked his aireals animations like back air and up air better)
In ultimate his moves don't even work,up air doesn't swoop opponents,people fall of down B,charging sound of side B is not even the one in games.

@@ahmadkazan7994 Up Air was fixed in the last update I hope you realize. Down B also works just fine (in fact it's more consistent than previous games,) and the Side B sound effect has never been 1:1 the exact sound from the game, so don't pretend that's an Ultimate "issue."
His moveset has remained the same since Brawl pretty much, that's literally the problem with it. Brawl came out before the Sonic Boost was popular, so now he has two spin dashes when he should have had one of them replaced with that.
Overall, Sonic's moveset in Smash is mostly fine though, swap the down Smash for a breakdance sweep kick, swap Side B for the Sonic Boost and that's honestly good. Most of his moveset as it is references his franchise in some form or fashion (mostly Sonic the Fighters, with a couple Battle references in there, but Battle had a shallower movepool to begin with.)

I LOVE this mod. It's so insanely well done in every way and what all character mods should strive for if possible. I can't believe how close this feels to the adventure games sometimes.
If they could get a mod similar to this, in LOZ ocarina of time and Majora's Mask that'd be so incredibly fun. Also would be awesome to see something like this in Mario Sunshine. Going back and playing 64 made me remember how sensitive it is to input. I have a very slight drift in my controller and it made me die so many times. I literally bought a new xbox360 controller online right after I finished the video. lmao

This mod is honestly amazing! All of the voices fit in, the moveset is also good, it gives a new way to play the game, And it makes the game feel a whole different way!
I currently have 117 stars, and I would totally recommend this mod. Just watch out for the slider theme. Levels with that theme absolutely suck.

This is the best mod I’ve ever seen of Sonic in SM64. Just one thing, his fall damage needs to be taken off. That just doesn’t fit Sonic lol

Fall damage doesn't fit a 3d platformer in general, but this game is built with that, so oh well.

Metal Sonic looks so cool, the sideflip and water running too. I just wonder if there is a way to play without the homing attack.
It isn't a huge deal especially as this isn't a 2D game but the homing component still not ideal in many games even if I haven't tested this one first hand.

Along with better writing with effort, voice acting and a better villain.
@Federal Bureau of Investigation The voice acting was really subpar, it’s been pretty bad since the 4Kids voice cast took over and the new ones we had since Colors were nothing special either seeing as they were mediocre and did not fit the characters, don’t get me wrong the va’s we’ve had since colors are good voice actors but they don’t fit the characters and were very out of place especially when all the characters in the Sonic series have been so badly flanderized.
All the love and attention to Sonic's detail is beautiful!

@Shadow*91 1. it was a typo (ik how to spell chaos and saiyan, and 2. the master emerald part was a joke my guy, but it would be cool for it to be a adventure 2 type thing with emerald shards
@Shadow*91 no textures would have to be added, actually. The N64 supports color-shifting textures. And if Sonic’s colors aren’t textures but are actually bound to the model itself, it can all be handled by color-codes instead.
The real issue is the spikes, but we have an extra head model to use for swapping those out.
