Happy to see you enjoy Chromaphone 3, it's very flexible, and i found ways in Max to drive it with Stochas, and also have nice and natural variability sending to the 4 macros of Chromaphone. I have the chance to know the president, we're both from Montreal, he's very kind. I learned a lot from your courses, thanks for that. I can send you the patch i've been working on this year if you want. But i don't know what's the best channel to send you files. You have a pretty big crowd here and i'm not a pro of social media at all, so tell me how i can send you stuff through whatever channel is the easiest for you. Hey fyi I'm not sure if this tutorial accounts for the time preset takes to load the pattrstorage settings when opening a patch. I've put a delay object in after sel read to allow preset to select a preset setting. Was wondering if there is a more elegant solution, cheers.
In my experience that isn't necessary, because that "read" message comes after everything's already been initialized inside pattrstorage and preset. If you're seeing otherwise I'd love to see your patch. The best place to chat is the discord server: discord.gg/cgucU5Fq.
you can always open them with a pattrstorage object iself by sending a "read" message to the pattrstorage. or you can open them in any text editor. i use visual studio code, but sublime text, atom, even the basic text editor provided by your OS will work great

Could you expand on this video and show how you might build a preset list/browser within a device similar to third party synth browsers?
