Everyone is different, I have my reasons, my back is good so I like the challenge. Some species have sharp teeth and Ive lost alot of hookups because they bite on the leader and over a few hundred metres the fish bite me off.
Sorta, didnt have enough satellites connected, so it drifted a bit, before i had a chance to correct it the wind took it down the beach, i recovered it after a bit of struggling, then decided it was too windy for the drone to handle so called it a night.
Have you ever had a drone take off like this haha??
Good stuff mate, I can’t wait to try this out !
Heck of a catch man👍nice! Video! I subscribed to your channel🤙
Nice video mate. what reel are you using. subscribed
Hi Ron, thanks for your support!
On this trip I was using a Shimano Saragossa 25000 and the overhead is a Daiwa Saltiga 🙂
Hi just wondering what height do you fly the baits out?
Andrew I fly no lower than 30m above sea level.... Generally 35m is good enough to keep the slack in your line out of the water upto 300m
Cool cheers.
Y would u use a wire trace? Wouldnt u want a shark to bite u off rather than skull drag it 200m only to release it...damaging yr back in the process?

What happened to your drone? Did it fly off
