I had Boldy last year, and he was frustrating to own in the first half of the year. In the second half though, holding onto him really paid off! I think you're right! If he's able to play like his second half all year, he's gonna be a mojor steal!
Got Vilardi in the 17th last night. 10 team league though
@@mikeyboyg9194 your wire will have plenty of riches
Same. 10 team league
Only player on this list that I'm not as high on is Kuemper. LA is not playing the 1-3-1 shutdown system this season. I'm not sure what system, exactly, they're using but I expect it to open up the ice and Kuemper to struggle.
I'm high on Kuemper. LA's system will help him.
Same! He should have a BIG season

I don’t know about Caufeild, Laine could very well take his spot as the one-time threat on the pp and could hurt his fantasy value. Love the guy but Laine is a pp specialist in that spot and has proven it more than Caufield
Caufield has way more upside though. Laine is always hurt
@@ReyDonovan-kv4jdI agree. And it's been 6 years since Laine last scored 30 goals. People still think he's the guy he was his first couple of years in Winnipeg. But he's not
Well I got Timo, Zibanejad and Gabriel Vilardi. My league is pass/goals only though.
Picked Wyatt over Zibby, I got burned by him last year but I'm nervous he will pop off this year
I thought i read that LA wont be playing the 1-3-1 system this year. Will be interesting to see how that effects their D systems and goalies
@@chrisnelson2770 good shout, I want to say that will improve it?
I got 5th pick in a 10 team league, how did I do? Leon Draisaitl, Brady Tkachuk, Evan Bouchard, Rasmus Dahlin, Tage Thompson, Jesper Bratt, Joel Erickson Ek, Mika Zibanejad, Jordan Binnington, John Carlson, Pytor Kotchetkov, Nico Hischier, Thomas Harley, Matvei Michkov, Pavel Buchnevich, Joey Daccord, Matt Duchene, Valeri Nichushkin
@@austincarson3721 looks good. In a 10 team there must be someone better than Matt Duchene out there.
Damn 2 Habs players
There is a reason why caufield will be producing less due to less pp and linemate changes. Laine
@@therealrabbithole9088 I don’t think laine will have as big of an impact as people think. Caufield is the guy in MTL.
What do you think about Noah Hanifin? I’ve gotten him pretty late in a few leagues after waiting on dmen and he seems like a major boom/bust candidate. He was so good for Vegas after the trade and gaining the PP1 spot, but there’s a ton of competition for him at the spot with Theodore healthy again and Pietrangelo. If he keeps the top PP spot for most of the season he’s absolutely a league winner, but if he loses it then he’s probably only viable in deeper leagues. However, Vegas did give him that huge contract so I’m willing to believe that they trust him enough and want to keep him on PP1
He never could hold on to PP1 over Andersson in Calgary, and now he has Theodore who puts up nearly 1 ppg when healthy, and then Peitro as a back up. I'd say he's 70% bust 30% boom chance
@@owendaley4371 He got the $ and PP1 near the end of the season last yr. Good gamble.
Boldy listed as week to week now as he is injured in preseason. No details other than “lower body”.
@@shakeypudding6563 I read he will be ready at the end of camp and for opening night! Thanks for the shout
Unfortunately Boldy is week to week
Do you still fade goalies if the goalie categories are wins gaa sv% saves and shutouts
@@Josh-fo5oy backups on good teams are just as viable in those categories because they usually have the weaker opponent and should be good for GAA/SV%. I still fade goalies regardless of cats
@@Josh-fo5oy in cats leagues goalies have more value vs a points league. Especially if you have a min start you need to reach.
why are ppl so high on Caufield? Hes never cracked 30 bingos with terrible peripherals on a bad team...
You’ll see
@@BenjaminViens-u1y if he doesn’t hit 40 he’s a trash player
@@pattylonglegs3353 I drafted him last year when no one was talking about him. I think ppl are over hyping him this year.
