I still remember i saw your review and bought the i20 Asta CRDi in 2013,just done with 1Lakh kms on the odo, no problem till now and it is still the best car and offers some features which the latest one doesn't offer...never gonna get rid of this
Still a better car than the Elite i20 which doesn't offer EBD, automatic wipers, rear disc brakes and a terrible speaker quality, engine noise

I have one of this asta crdi top end variant and its engine is still like new, i use synthetic oil and the car has run 139000kms and gosh!! all the features are still working though the maintenance cost is high.. totally loving it!!:)

m using this car... after watching this now in 2017 i came to know it has a vgt.... but i doubt it.... i feel its fixed..
Yes akhil krishnan your correct the i20s 1.4 litre engine does not come with a vgt but a standard turbo , where as the verna 1.6 litre do come with a vgt

Somehow this video felt incomplete. It lacked a good coverage of the car and its feel. Show us under the hood, in the boot, split the seats, quality of finish on seats and door trims, you know what I am talking about. Also, I was shocked that ya'll didn't get the car with the Day time running lights; Just saying!
The intro is so much better than this car's original advertisement itself lol added this to my favorites! 👌

PowerDrift I own this car.. that's i20 with DRL asta petrol variant.. it is still smooth as butter.. 50k kms ran already.. still it's smooth and I enjoy every drive in my car.. I test drove 2017 elite i20.. it's my friends new car.. but 2017 elite i20 is not as smooth as my old i20.. I can guarantee that.

Your reviews are good, I am also eager to look at the comparison between VW GT TSI and Hyundai I 20 Automatic
A bit disappointed. Talk regarding handling characteristics was almost absent. There was no mention about the steering[DEAD] feel at all. More about those things are expected in enthusiast oriented channels like Power Drift. Also guys please include some numbers in your reviews(speedo indicated is sufficient, not expecting VBOX or anything), starting with 0-100 times. In gear acceleration timings would be even better. Focus on performance is very important in PD reviews IMO. Otherwise talking only about features and looks will make it a mass market review. Please focus more on the handling and engine performance aspects in the upcoming reviews.

Gud review, though I expect a bit more in detailed.
I was surprised to see the detailed review in just 2 days after releasing the Teaser of it. Bcoz I was expecting a lot of days for the Grand i10. When I saw the total time of the review I was shocked & as I thought the review is under par on comparison to your other reviews.
Pls do give us a detailed review in Grand i10 & gather answer for the few common questions like Battery draining, City & highway performance.
I do thumbed up for your absolute editing & fantastic video quality. Still feed us more guys.

who said it dosnt handles well or doesnt gv u confindnc at high speed its very smooth nd gvs u a perfct response at high speed as well as high i will its far better than swift nd i must say its givs u the best result specially in city traffic
On road price?
How about Fiat Punto.... not the 90hp... the 76hp versions coz its best compared with swift
On highways: handling, suspension, lights are too good. Too much gear shifts, driver leg comfort is bad. Got knee & ancle pains after driving 9k in 3 months.

I knw this is kind of late but still :P i personally own the 2013 model 1.2 ltr sport variant and the features are just superb but the performance isn't. Constant downshifts are required on traffic and the performance enthusiast wouldn't have much fun unless they don't care about the fuel efficiency. Bcz this car in its 1.2 ltr petrol engine comes to its might only after the 3k rpm limit and 3rd gear it can out run any car being in that rev limit. Being said that the petrol variant specially the 1.2 litre are NOT the best choice for highway rush as it lag on that top power and will not give you the confidence in overtaking unlike the 1.6 litre diesel variant. Otherwise its a superb car to own specially for a daily use. And the ac is protty darn chill too @_@
Diesel is 1.4l* in old, now it's 1.5l CRDi which just got discontinued this year.
i20 uses fixed geometry turbo not variable geometry turbo....
4:45 Exactly. It always used Hyundai's WGT CRDi's(FGT) on all of it's diesel versions.

CRDI is one of the worst diesel engines availiable i india i20 aperence is the best availiable in indian market but resale value, after sales service and parts are way to expensive.
CRDi is such a great reliable, refined, long lasting, and powerful diesel engine, what are you talking about.
I lost one of my friend in i20 since then i have never considered to buy a Hyundai.
PD pls give more info on deisel engine..own a i20 diesel..love the car..break with abs is gem..
