Speaking from experience in the crypto world i don't think as a trader it would be easy for you to predict the market currently, only an expert with several years of experience could help you grow your portfolio currently. After the last year crash i had to result to the help of an advisor.
Crypto are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over $120k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
I suggest you offset your crypto portfolio and get into stocks, as bad the bear market can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

I was able to quickly increase my portfolio from $180K to $572K. Essentially, I was just doing as my financial advisor instructed. You're good to go as long as you get competent assistance.

The reason many people venture into Trading/lnvesting (Financial Market), is so that they can get to have a better life, while working and even after retirement. The wisest thing that should be on every wise individual's list is to invest in different stream of income; I am earning more this year because I have been investing while working at the same time. The way I see it this recession most likely has an external cause. The United States is losing influence as a federal currency for the first time in decades. They don't have any more economies to utilize to control their inflation, and less money is being spent on stock and oil trading than previously. They all lend credence to the hypothesis that a new multilateral world order may be in the works.
But the professionals are still crushing it right now because they have both the necessary approach to pull off a profit in this market plus access to insider market knowledge that isn't made public.
This sounds like what i should considering my failing portfolio, but i just never knew how to go about it. Have you traded with a pro before? what is the experience like?

Profit taking? That sounds good. But, what about the selling fees and tax obligations? What percentage of profits will that absorb? At what point does losing that chunk make sense. It's got to be 20-30+ percent?

Perhaps you could make a video explaining why someone should even bother "investing" into crypto when it's already this high. Especially when thing are tuff. Crypto has already become something that only the wealthy can use to grow more wealth. Thats all.

@Crypto Casey. With the exception of BTC don't you think it's too risky to put any additional money into any other crypto at this time if you live in the US? Based on the SEC's and other government agencies and officials actions at this time. Just seems to me like there's a big chance of the value of most coins going down a lot if the sanctions are too harsh. Or even if they do go up if you live in the US you won't have a way to off board them if all of the exchanges move overseas. It has me really worried.
