Novosel has pointed out that Bernhard Langer’s backswing + downswing tempo is unusually fast. I think that might go a long way in explaining why his swing has been so effective for so long.
I’ve been using the app from time to time over the last few yrs. 24/8 is the “standard”, which still feels very fast if you’ve never used it before as a mid/high hcp. Only if you feel this is too slow for you, then go faster. If you can’t manage 24/8 at all, use the slower ones.
