Good work on this one! I really like worldwide animations, and I’m honestly starting to kinda like these icons. I do think you should make a TD icon too though

What a year this was! It was definitely more active overall than 2017 even though that is remembered more for its Atlantic season.
Also pacific: 6 Category 5’s, second most category 5’s in 1 season.

Actually it's called Medicane Zorbas (it almost had a eye before making landfall in Greece)

Cyclones in Chilean coast is unusual, but en Greece's coast?. 👀 Sorry my English is not good, greetings from Southern Chile. 🇨🇱
Cyclones in mediterranean are quite rare, usually happening once per year on average, they are often called medicanes there (mediterranean hurricane)
Cyclones near Chile have only happened thrice. First time was Katie 2015, then Lexi 2018 (in this animation) and then Humberto this year (2022)

Typhoon Mangkhut is the longest record reached to Category 5 at this year.
There were even longer C5s; Karen and Nancy of the WPAC had super long C5 spells

September and October is the season of cyclones and see how many they are. Is no one going to talk about that philippines had 3 majors in 30 days
Yeah, but to us it felt normal lol. Our town got hit by three majors in 6 months as well (Kammuri, Phanfone and Vongfong)

Honestly. I'm kind of disappointed. There was tons of time to make this and we got graphics that were a downgrade from last time. I mean their interesting but certainly not the best. I know you said to suit the map but even the map is kind of... Meh. Also disappointed we got no classic songs. Just new ones that are ok or ones we hear all the time.
