Sarawak is getting better with rapid development in both rural and urban area, state economy is booming, higher GDP per capita, even higher than Penang and Johor, HDI slowly increase plus with a stable government under GPS led govt. Lucky for Sarawakian people 💪🏼

yes, especially now kuching got many development projects undergoing. I left kuching for 6months only, when i came back i was surprised so many condominiums are under constructions.
That's why we need a stable Government to run the state and now we can see many development in Sarawak such as the construction of many new bridges and coastal road. Today most of the project in Sarawak is using state Government money not federal because the state government are capable to do so...
Tq for your respective about all. We are 1 malaysian.where, we're together work hard.. nothing is impossible we're will success! Anyhow,when people got alot rasistm that making issues and nothing progressive in their future planning. Now Sarawak and maybe Sabah coming growing the mega city , that because their working together no issues,no rasist each other,their will fast growing up,now slowly their show to the world where them can be successful! SARAWAK is example for all people of Malaysia nowadays! ❤

Kuching's development seems to be very rapid these days. Maybe one day, Kuching alongside Kota Kinabalu can rival the likes of Penang Island and JB as one of the top tier cities in Malaysia. Kuching and KK is indeed a hub for Borneo side of Malaysia. Let's hope more developments and modernization comes to both cities to position itself as the main city in ASEAN region because each of them has their own strengths.

Ada complete list under construction high rise tu tak? Recently Naim holding plan mok polah bangunan 50tingkat kat rah simpang tiga.

Pembangunan dia tidak berpusat oleh Krn dia luas tidak nampak perubahan orang luar lebih fokus pembangunan di waterfront Kuching sahaja

Langit Citadines (27 storeys), Parq Residence (32 storeys), Charlotte Residence (18/20 storeys), Milano Eight (20 storeys or so), 7 Reflection (20 storeys), Kenny Hill Residence (18/20 storeys), Kings Residence (18/20 storeys). Tower 33 (19 storeys), The Rise Residence (18/20 storeys) are some to my knowledge.. ada yang lain tapi sy xtahu namanya 😅😂
Kuching actually has a lot of semi-high rise building, but they are very scattered throughout the city. The Kuching waterfront itself cannot grow bigger building. If we want to alleviate the skyline in the area, the hundred year old heritage has to go down. But its really nice to see the two contrast of Kuching. South of the river where commercial thrive with sprawling metropolitan and north of the river where theres abundance of parks and nature and strategic development where government do their thing.

@@markzzzzberg1312its the threat to building a good transportation infrastructure. The government need to spend a lot more time and money to connects its people compared to more compact cities.

Yup
It really is. Dataran Merdeka flagpole is 95 meters, while Ibu Pertiwi flagpole (pictured here in this video) is 99 meters.
Jika dibanding bandar Miri dan Bintulu lagi banyak perubahan dari kuching ini mungkin kuching kawasan dia agak luas jadi pembangunan dia berselerak, untuk kawasan kuching water front pembangunannya harus aggresif krn disitu pusat perhatian dan tarikan cuma masalahnya kampung berhadapan dia tiada tarikan pelancung ianya kampung biasa2 dan tiada yg istimewa namun bagi aku kuching paling banyak tempat tarikan pelancungan lain yang berhampiran jika dibanding negeri Sarawak lain

nope, to be honest, Kota Kuching lebih tertata rapi, lebih, modern, lebih bersih, jalanan lebih mulus, lebih banyak gedung tinggi pencakar langit, dan tidak semrawut seperti kota pontianak

@@xp9297 kuching merupakan bandaraya tersuci di sarawak ..malah tak ada langsung geng ,, penjara kuching pun dipenuhi oleh banduan dari pelbagai bahagian lain di sarawak ..kuching kalau jalan2 kat waterfront walaupun trrtidur dengan dompet atas dada pun tkda yang mau ambik ... kat mazium sarawak lagi la selamat ,,,kuching satu2 nya bandaraya paling selamat di sarawak ..tiada kaki paw ,,malah kampung seberang pun penduduk ramah tamah semua 😁😁😁

Kuching is still a boring place which lacks opportunities. It really needs to spur development make the Kuching city a world class city like KL, it needs its own CBD(Central business district) with its own iconic skyscraper for it to be the preferred choice than other capitals in Malaysia. IF not most investment and FDI will go to KL, Selangor, Penang and Johor.
Come on Sarawak! You can do it!
