Aw I really relate to that right now. I'm six weeks pregnant, and I feel guilty about if I think I'm not doing things right, or not doing things perfectly. Thank you for this video, I'm going to watch this series too ❤

Allahumabarik my sis!!! Sooo happy for you may Allah swt bless you with a smooth pregnancy and a beautiful healthy baby who will grow up to be the coolness of your eyes ameen thumma ameen ♥️ you have got this! It’s so hard when we are naturally perfectionists/anxious people, but the best advice I can give you is to constantly make dua, use this beautiful and sometimes challenging time in gour life to increase your closeness to Allah swt who’s blessed you with such a miracle - I hope episode 3 helps you a lot ♥️♥️♥️

Thankyou my lovely, I wish more people spoke about it because it was such a scary time! But subhan'Allah our fears and scary times are minute compared to our beautiful brothers and sisters in Falasteen 💔

This is a really beautiful video and your reflections will help many Muslim women during pregnancy. Well worth sharing with all the pregnant Muslimahs in our lives ❤

Awwh Thankyou so much sis 🥺 looking back now that my baby is here safe and sound Alhamdulillah, I’m so glad I documented these raw feelings because that vulnerability and emotions were so strong but almost a year on they’ve faded from my mind! However I didn’t find many people, especially Muslim women speaking about it so I hope it helps others out there i’a ♥️

Hearing you cry out of your eman mashaAllah makes me cry and boosts my eman too so please keep sharing your reflections and things that strengthen your faith. May Allah bless you and your baby and make you a beautiful mother who raises her baby to be righteous and a joy for the world. Ameen

I'm in my first trimester and have extreme anxiety and cry a lot and pray alot and have long conversations with Allah and ask Allah to remove this anxiety as this will affect my and baby's health but still this anxiety is increasing only

I’m sooo sorry to hear this Amber, I’ve never known how awful anxiety can be till pregnancy, have you been able to share this with your health visitor? If not your GP? They take the mental well being of pregnant and postpartum women very seriously, please seek their support for you and your baby, you both deserve peace ♥️♥️
