I should make a comment about the purpose of this video. If you don't want it spoiled, do not read any further comments or this comment and continue watching the video until the end. That being said, I do explain it at the end, but this is basically satire. I don't think as many people will be there vs. a comment. Somewhat recently, I began getting and watching videos related to geography because I have an interest in them and want to learn about them. However, as entertaining as most of these videos were, I saw certain videos that rubbed me the wrong way such as "Why Americans got so stupid", however, I watched the video and it does ring true in many ways to how people in the US are perceived. Many people from the US are in terms of knowledge isolated and the many things that should be taught were not, but at the same time, the US is also geographically isolated only bordering two countries and a few coastal Atlantic island nations. However, I did see some videos genuinely playing into this "stereotype" that otherwise shows that many people in the US are ignorant but not necessarily stupid. If you love doing something like maps for example, then learning about these things will seem to become an outlier. But because they genuinely interest me. Me being able to name as many countries as I did was only because I am passionate about learning and I am curious, vs some who are not which is also okay, Ignorance exists in different aspects of life regardless of where a person is from.
Dude, you're not a dumb American. You seem very worldly-wise - well, certainly as far as Geography goes. I confess that I was shouting "Costa Rica" at the video, willing it to spring into your mind. I think I'm fairly good with countries, although I am patchy in some places. You seemed to stride into them all with great confidence. Good stuff. Hi from the UK
Ok, so how long did you learn those in advance or why do you know them? Even a geographics teacher couldn‘t do that. You know that you by no means are representative of your demographic. So what‘s the flex?
I knew this video would be a little controversial, essentially it was to be both satire and prove the point that anyone can know these things regardless of where they are from if you love learning.

Thank you very much my friend.
Now the only thing is you have to fly to Los Angeles and walk up and down Hollywood Boulevard until interviewed for the Kimmel show!
