Some things that have helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it causes tension damage. (2) I started massaging my scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

This is great but none of these things will help with hair loss caused by DHT, which is an androgen that causes the hair follicle on your scalp to shrink. Rosemary oil is known to block DHT in the scalp and that's why it's effective.

A milliliter is NOT a teaspoon. It's about 20% of a tsp, or less than 1/4 tsp. She never defines what rosemary oil is. If it's essential oil, probably too strong for direct application.

I am concerned with the advice to use %100 oil, which I assume is essential oil, though they do not say that, and essential oil has to be used with a carrier oil. Essential oil will burn one's skin. Since the producers are not responding to the comments about this concern going back months, it makes me question the judgement of the very people offering the advice.
I would ask that John Horton and Shilpi Khetarpal possibly return and clarify their advice to answer the questions about essential oil and carrier oil before applying to the scalp.

When using rosemary oil, does hair go through shedding phase in the beginning like with Rogaine?

I’ve always heard that rosemary oil should be mixed with a carrier oil before it’s applied to the scalp? Is this not true? Can it be applied directly to the scalp, and is that better? Thank you.

Has she not read the study she referred to? It doesn't take a genius to realize most of the data gathered is invalid for a number of reasons
