Through job, The .338 mag is a hand full at the range and accuracy can be difficult because of the recoil, But, it's not a bench gun, it is a Hunting firearm. (Like this is in my Opinion dude) In regards to the Hornady concentric gauge, I found that you brass rim may have a dirty edge and the nose fixture has slop in it, the gauge does not give exact measurements with repeatably (Close, however not exact). However, it's close enough for standard factory's chamber and free bore. you would not be gaining anything tweaking your procedure or going out and getting precise seating dies. Still, what you have made there is an improvement over what you get off the shelves at the sporting goods store. Peace Bro - Dave
