Fogo de Chao here in NY on 53rd Street and Rockefeller center is the best. The price is a little expensive, but on the whole is a wonderful dining experience.
Fogo De Chao is so excellent and scrumptious. Texas De Brazil and Rodizio are tied for second place in my book. The other Brazilian steakhouses I haven’t been to. I would like to check them out.
I love Brazilian steakhouse and i have been to a few here in Miami.Fogo de chao is up there on my list followed by Chima then Texas de Brazil. Some good options also and less expensive is Area code 55 and Porto Alegre.
I've been to Na Brasa brazilian steak house about 4 times.... The Rodigzio is INCREDIBLE! AND their Mac n Cheese is slamming. Na Brasa is by far the best food I've ever eaten. They serve ~ Sirloin ~ Beef Ribs ~ Filet Mignon ~ Leg of lamb(incredible!) ~ Garlic Steak ~ Lamb Chops ~ Parmesan Pork ~ Flank Steak (incredible) ~ Chicken wrapped in Bacon ~ Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon ~ Grilled Salmon And every month they serve a monthly meat. When I went in July it was ~ Alligator. Oh so yummy.
They had one in deerfield Florida back in 1996 it was the best! Restaurant name was TROPiCANA they had Brazilian dancer's show while eating! It was Delicious and the entertainment was Top!
I’m starting to think nobody from Mashed has ever been to a Brazilian steakhouse. As they all have the card with the red and green on opposite sides, and all serve the same cuts and styles of meat.
This list is a list of the best HIGH PRICED churrascarias in the United States. You can find many family-owned-and-operated churrascarias in any city that has a Brazilian population that are much cheaper and every bit as good when I'm in Boston with my friend we go to Oliveira's in Somerville live entertainment spectacular choices at the salad bar fantastic meats and much less costly than these overpriced famous chain churrascarias
This video surely makes vegetarians think that they are missing the best meal of their lives. If you need to eat a veggie with all that meat, pick the seasoned heart of palm. It is absolutely delicious.
All churrascarias I went to, have extensive salad bars, so veggies will not feel lonely. Of course the hearts of palm pickled with vinegar and oil is one of the secrets.
The ones in Brazil tend to have behemoth Texas size salad bars that humiliate many american bars... It is a sight to behold and amuse such a vast bar located in flesh inundated places like churrascarias where obnoxious amount of proteins is the religion..
@@rock3times Fyi, I am hold an American/ Brazilian passport. I haven't been back to Brazil in ages. My aunt and uncle still lives in Porto Alegre. I am very familiar with display of awesome food in Brazil. Having said that, most churrascaria here in the United States have decent servings of real thing. It is hard to screw up any kind of meat over charcoal or wood.
@@vaiolover1997 i am american who love Rio and the girls from Ipanema. have been to Brazil close to 100 times. Only covid holds me back but I am itching to go any time now..
@@rock3times Damn close to 100 times back to Brazil! You might as well marry a Brazilian woman so you can enjoy a longer stay. I have a Facebook friend who must leave Brazil in the next few days because he already stayed there close to six months. I didn't know a person can only stay 180 days in a calendar year in Brazil. He lived in Vietnam for a few years until Covid made the situation worse. He is a white dude from Dallas.
I've been to nearly every one of this list and to me, Chama in the houston area at least, is the best. Texas de brasil is a close 2nd and avenida brasil is also very good although local chain only. Fogo is too corporate and doesn't measure up to the others imo.
They have all figured out that the salad bar will fill you up long before you get to the meats. I say, start with the meat and when you take a break....get into the salad
They also attempt to fill you up on the cheaper cuts of meat first. I’ve noticed that at the beginning they tend to offer more chicken and pork. Then cheaper beef like pihcana (sirloin) I’ve always had to request them to bring over the more expensive things like lamb chops, ribeye etc…
in philly picanha brazilan restaurant on castor ave best family owned bring you own wine and liquer and dont forget you appetite best quality and price point in town they have been doing it for almost 20 years
The grilled pineapple at Rodizio is simply amazing. Get a couple slices, and wait for some pork to come past! Tried to post a decent opinion, and some CUCKING FUNT has to post her HATEFUL drivel, on my posts! Dona Dona NEEDS to be removed! steve
One the best I found was in Romania and I've been to Brazil a few times. Just saying. Argentina's grilling is the best I've ever tasted though. 😍 txs 🇨🇦
Went to Fogo for my birthday, will never go back. The meats were all way too fatty and gristly. Our bill for 3 people with no alcohol/dessert was over 350$. Have no prob paying for good food, this was not good.
My wife and I went to Churrascaria Plataforma in NYC, it’s not worth it. Firstly, their selection lacked variety as much as it lacked quality. From the time you walk in the manager is observing all the tables being served and will not signal the meats to come out until every table has something from the market table. In other words, you won’t be served any churrascó (meat) until your table has some plates full of the market table servings. This is so ridiculous, I don’t even know if a word to describe it. From their market table the only item worth consuming was the bean soup with the pig shanks - it was delicious. That’s about the only positive feedback I have of this place. A hard pass!!!
It's "FOGO DE 'SHOWN' " NOT "SHOW"!!!! Geez I wish people would actually LEARN to pronounce PORTUGUESE correctly instead of trying to "fudge it" with their Spanish, Italian or other LATIN language EXCEPT FRENCH! One good thing about FRENCH is its completely distinct vocabulary and accent makes it completely incomprehensible as a language to use as a "fudger" for its Latin based sisters.
Which Brazilian Steakhouse is your favorite?
My favorite is your mommas bedroom
Rodizio.

Fogo de Chao is my favorite.
The CLOSEST one I can get to!!!
Texas de Brazil was EXCELLENT. I’m so glad they made this list. Their desserts were super good too.
It's my go-to churrascaria in Houston! The lamb picana is 🔥🔥🔥

Fogo de chao is my choice. Great service high end meats and is great
I’ve been to Fogo de Chao and I have zero complaints here in Austin Texas . We will be back on New Year’s Eve .
Chama Gaucha is by far the best 1 I've been to. Texas de Brasil is also very good
I'd go but it's far from where I live lol
Tuscanos here in Colorado springs ♨️ very good Brazilian food
Fogo de Chão in Santana Row !!!! San Jose , California best on the planet baby
have a Texas de Brazil here in Orlando, and yes it is amazing, but really surprised Tuscanos wasn't on this list....also amazing.
Rodízio Grill is definitely my favorite 😋❤️
That's one of my favorite 😋 I

Bruh. Say it again. I've been to Fogu and Na Brasa and I choose Na Brasa 100%.
Wow Chama gaucha I need to go there. Texas de Brazil has been great but I'll need to try others also.

You did not mention Tucanos. My favorite out of all of those
Yeah, we've been going to & loving Tucanos for years
I'm a Tucanos fan my self
We have one here in Charleston, WV it is really nice and the ambience is great...I love it!❤
An underrated one: Casa do Brasil
Fogo de Chao in Chicago go crazy I go at least once every 3 months
Forget these, take a trip to the ironbound neighborhood of Newark, NJ which is filled with mom and pop rodizio restaurants. Better than any chain!

Agreed
Chama Gaucho in San Antonio, TX is the best for me. I dont think they're a chain, just private owned ;)
We have Tucanos here. It's about the same as this place
M Grill in Los Angeles is miles better than Fogo De Chao and Texas De Brazil. From taste to decor, to music and ambiance.

Your going to Brazil!
El papa de todas estas
churrasquerias se llamo Porca'o llego en El 2000 a Miami y le siguieron todas las Demas!!!
Glad to here Porcão finally lands in the USA..
Best churrascarias ? All in Brazil
Second best is the one you can find in your cities.
Disappointed that you guys glossed over Espetus in Burlingame/San Francisco. It's way better than Fogo de Chao.
This list is bullshit without mentioning Tucanos. Seriously great churrascaria.
I went to fogo de chao with friends, and the clumsy waiter dripped oily meat juice on my expensive shirt😡😡. So be careful when come by to serve you.
you forgot m grill.
🥗🥩🍷
Texas de Brazil is not worth it.
This lamb would like to graze on the salad bar, but being poached for human nutritional value makes these a no for this lamb and other ovines.
Went to Fogo for my birthday, will never go back. The meats were all way too fatty and gristly. Our bill for 3 people with no alcohol/dessert was over 350$. Have no prob paying for good food, this was not good.
upscale fare such as chilean sea bass? you do realize that is garbage fish, right?
Brasseros
Rioz

Spent $800 for family, overrated and limited meats, salad bar ok nothing special , talking about Fogo de chao, Fogo somewhere else

Oui!
Actually “shown” are wrong too. Sometimes I don’t think there is a single American who can speaks Chão with the right nasal sound in this whole world
Nossa eu não sabia q existia tantas churrascarias brasileiras nos Estados Unidos 😆
