I love CG. Been going since they opened around 2008-ish. Lunch used to be $19.95...I think it's like $45 now. Still the best Brazilian Steakhouse I have been too. And yes they will try and fill you up on the cheaper cuts (personally I skip the salad bar and don't touch the table sides) but if you ask for something specific it will usually come out in minutes unless its beef rib and they are out.
We've got a similar Brazilian steakhouse I went to recently. The marketing is brilliant in a way...They come by with various meats but every 2nd meat is cheap rump roast they try to fill you up on. Walking by with the finer cuts is, of course, much more rare.
They offer 12 types of meats but they fail to tell you your not receiving half of that and your getting the cheap meats first, chicken sausage pork you Will get offered a lot of that before you get the quality meats. Plus they charge $65+$10 with pineapple, not recommended.Not worth it they take for ever to take you the meats plus 50% of the time you will not get the doneness you asked for.

We used to have one in Seattle but they closed in the last few years but it was really good.

it WAS our family's go to place during the first 5 years it was open BUT sad to say , the quality of the food and the service went down hill ...
