Thanks for your comment - yes...I'm looking forward to getting the door cards and front grill on....but what a relief that the engine actually runs! I guess you will have the same feeling when you take your baby for its first long drive....you never quite know what's going to happen. Mike
Hi Mike, a question. On my 85 SL, the indicator lights don't blink with the turn signal lights under the front bumper. That seems like a safety issue to me, as vehicles that are beside you need to know if one is planning a lane change or a left or right turn. My shop says they are not supposed to blink. Do the early 107 models blink? I also saw a channel on YT where someone wired them up to blink. Thanks
Hi - do you mean the two rectangular lights under the bumper? These are fog lights and the lens can be either clear or orange. If you turn your headlights on and “pull” the headlight switch out towards you, the switch should illuminate and those lights should come on. Mike
