You can absolutely add them to your warm oils and stick blend. Or you can add before pouring. Keep in mind that oats can feel very rough. I always add to the oils and chop up. They have a gorgeous look and feel better on my skin.
Yes you can add them into your oils. Just personal preference whichever is easiest for you and I got the mold from Amazon. If it’s not on Amazon look on Etsy workshop heritage is the company.

I add my Colloidal oats and any powder into my oils and stick blend. It's easier to watch for any lumps.
Im the opposite lol. I like to add mine after trace no real reason just personal preference.
