@@jeszuni8518 Hi! I added 3 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon or 5ml of fragrance oil. You can add more or less it depends on your preference. Thank you for watching this video!
Thank you for sharing ! I made some and by the time I added to the mold it had thickened. Can I still use it after it dries? And is this a face and body bar of soap?
Hi Dear! I got my supplies from Amazon! Hindi ko pa natry gumawa ng soap using glycerin soap base but I’m sure it’s not necessary to add milk if you don’t want to. You can use essential oils.
Hi! Mine didn’t go bad. How long they last depends on what ingredients and essential oil you use and how you store them. I believe handcrafted soap last 6months up to a year if stored properly.
I have a Stephenson (Oatmeal and Shea butter) base, can I still follow this recipe? I was planning to still add a little more Oatmeal in mine anyway. This is beautiful.
I’m so lost. Every video I watched they use lye and oxdine I think . I don’t see any of that . Why do most use so many ingredients? I like this way better can’t wait to try
Like the above commentor said, this is melt and pour. Its soap that is already made, and has gone through the saponification process. It's then remelted and made again. Cold and Hot process soaps are made in the traditional way. I'm a soapmaker, and I make cold process soap.
Just checking. Did you add 5ml? 5ml is 1 tsp. You had tbsp not tsp. I did use a little more than 1tsp. I did not see you measure the fragrance. It looked like a very small about. I will post how it come out. Thanks so much. I used oatmeal and honey fragrance.
I used a medicine cup to measure for the fragrance oil and I poured 5ml in there. You can definitely add more or else than that depends on how strong you want the fragrance of your soap. Enjoy soapmaking!
I love that your video is simple, to the point and focuses on making the product.

Are hp goat milk base ok for skin?
It’s great!
Could I use other types of oatmeal ? Like peach or strawberry ?
Hi! I only tried this kind of oatmeal so far. Maybe try making just one bar and see if it works out. Good luck and enjoy soap making!
Hello! Did you use an essential oil ? Would it be a different ratio for an essential oil ? I’m not sure if they are different or not that’s why I ask
gone have to do your research cause it's like pulling teeth to get an answer
How much more use VS store bought bars? Great video :)
It lasts quite awhile! Thank you for watching!
Hi i follow this recipe and looks nice.. But when i use it i feel too dry..
Thank you for sharing the video..
Hiya, try adding glycerin to your batch it helps with moisture
Yes or add more oils like vitamin e for more moisture.
Hey, what’s the shelf life for this?
Hi! I believe it’s 6 months to 1 year it depends what kind of oils you use. Thank you for watching!
How did you know how much oatmeal and honey to add?
Not a problem if I were to add vit e , aloe or sweet almond oil right?
Not at all
hello po, pwede po makahingi ng link ng store na pinagbilhan niyo po ng ingredients?
San nyo po nabili ang soap base? Pag transparent po ba na glycerin dapat lagyan pa ng milk or others like shea butter?
Hi Dear! I got my supplies from Amazon! Hindi ko pa natry gumawa ng soap using glycerin soap base but I’m sure it’s not necessary to add milk if you don’t want to. You can use essential oils.
What is the name of that white bar ?
Goatmilk base soap melt and pour. Got mine’s from Amazon.
Where do you get the goat milk melt and pour? Thanks 😁
Amazon 😀 Thank you for watching!
What does it smell like?
What are the measurements of each thing used
Do you ever get fuzzy stuff on the soap after a few days of storing?
No didn’t have any problems at all. I saran wrapped the soaps individually and they did just fine.
@@NYCFamilyTV I was using a gair dryer to strunk wrap the paper. I'm wondering if the heat is causing the fuzzy stuff...
How much one pice?
Where can I find the recipe for this soap?
It’s on the caption of the video :)
what kind of alcohol do you used?
Isopropyl alcohol to get rid of the bubbles.
great video! does the soap go bad after awhile from the oatmeal and honey? if so how long does the soap last before it goes bad?
Hi! Mine didn’t go bad. How long they last depends on what ingredients and essential oil you use and how you store them. I believe handcrafted soap last 6months up to a year if stored properly.

Hello my friend
Can I use oatmeal flour as well
im going to answer my own question of course I can use that
What are the measurements of each of the ingredients
What’s the white block??
That’s the melt and pour goatmilk soap.
Did the soap start sweating or become soft cuz of honey?
The soaps did not sweat. I wrapped them with saran plastic wrap.
Thank you for this video, please can I blend my oatmeal
Yes you can! Thanks for watching!
I'm trying to figure out what I missed here because all my honey set to the bottom 😕
How to stop goat milk soap from sweating ?
Hello! I wrapped mine with plastic shrink wrap/serene wrap and they never sweat. You can store them on a airtight container too.
I have a Stephenson (Oatmeal and Shea butter) base, can I still follow this recipe? I was planning to still add a little more Oatmeal in mine anyway. This is beautiful.
I think as long as it’s a melt & pour base you can still follow this recipe. Thanks so much for watching! Enjoy soap making!
@@NYCFamilyTV thank you! I ended up making some beautiful bars and used it on my face today. Love it
I make soap and it never stays liquid the top always gets gross
I’m so lost. Every video I watched they use lye and oxdine I think . I don’t see any of that . Why do most use so many ingredients? I like this way better can’t wait to try
It’s cuz that’s the traditional method of making soap and this is a pour and melt soap so the whole saponification process is done for you
