Definitely the way to go, Travis. Whether it's corn or feed barley, it's all money. If the cattle aren't processing the feed, you're throwing money away. 👍
I love the last part of the video and hearing the sound of gumboots walking through snow and with that last shot of the new calf looking all bad and mean was great as well. Hope you and your loved ones are healthy, happy and looking forward to spring.
Calves and cows are looking great, very much enjoying the cattle updates
Great job Travis, herd is building up nicely, looking good Billy Ray💯🙏👍🙂
I definitely think the cows are a good addition to your content. Besides we can see the whole operation in full swing. Until next time
Hope the weather smartens up before the majority of your calves drop. Looking good so far. Thanks for the update.
Love those little red calves!
Love seeing the calves, looking forward to planting! Thanks Travis
Nice cattle travis
Glad to see the red herd growing.🤘🇺🇸
yes that should be your niche more cow videos
Thanks Travis!!
Good stuff excited to see more. Thanks for updates.
You should mount that on a small trailer and put a chemical shuttle with the top cut off so you can move it from farm to farm.
Thanks Travis!
Thanks for the cattle update Travis. Take care and stay safe 👍
Hey Travis thank you for the video. Good looking little calves. Small but that’s good for ease of calving anyways. Enjoy seeing all the little ones since we don’t have any on our farm anymore.
Super 😊😊😊😊😊
Thanks for the video
Keep the cattle videos coming enjoy them
It was a great idea to use the roller mill again👍 thanks for the update.
congrats on the calves
Cute little guys. Nice update
enjoyed the video
Thanks for the video !
Plant those whole kernel from the manure and see how many grow i bet not much
Awesome! We got 16 inches and had 7 calves them 2 days.
Great cattle update Travis. When you think you'll be starting planting
I was always wondering if the rollermill is being used again., thanks.:D wow all that green in your shed looks great!😍 Love your videos as always :) *I love all that snow at the end!😍
It's almost like the cattle pose for the camera. Good to hear you're calving is going good.
That one with the uniform short hair looked really nice.
Hey Travis, The calves look great. Thank you for the update. When do you think planting will start? Take care, Take it Easy and TRUST JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So that's why I can't keep the 2 of you straight. 😂 Because you're brothers!
Weather changes causes cattle to calf. The cattle look great
Seems like you got some snow. I really like seeing the what comes out of the mill, Get a tank for the gator with a pump and hoses and refill the buckets? Love to see when you fix it up, water troughs?
Nice cattle.
Great update Travis! You're certainly getting some moister!
Whole shell corn for 30 plus years before quitting feeding. Used to run through a grinder like you to crack and had same results, nutritionist said wearing out grinder for less gain and a waste of fuel. Said to feed whole corn and everything improved. The rumen will remove everything out of kernel and we never saw corn growing in feedlot because nothing left in kernel. Sold feed for Moormans and ADM for 21 years and that is what was recomended
Great information 👍
love the cattle videos!
Thanks as always for the great videos!!! What mix do u put in the poly bin??? I always wondered what u guys had in there and never seen a video on u ever filling it?? Just wondering after seen u cracking the corn for cattle. Hope all goes well for calves and cows look great. Thanks again Travis have a good one
It does vary. Last load was corn gluten. Before that was ground corn and concentrate. Plan on getting a couple more so I have a place to go with some oats.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and videos. Nice to see that area working out so well as a nursery yard. Have to wonder if the onlookers would be as excited at the prospect of going in there if they knew what generates their golden ticket. The smaller size seems to be a plus getting them delivered, will it affect their overall finished size when it comes time to go to market or is that a variable that can be compensated for later in life. Wishing you and your family the best.
Thats awesome
Thanks mate, Travis how old that heifer, hard to tell with those red ones,
Ya know what the mixer needs?…….more power! Argh Argh argh! (Tim Allen) 😄
How often do you check cows thru the night during calving?
First thing when I get here. Last thing I do before I leave.
Could you turn the old milk barn 18:18 mnto a mommy and calf pen barn
Yes. Getting them in there needs to be reworked. The platform to get into the barn needs to be repaired
You can not feed whole kernels. That's common sense
