- The Center for Primate Conservation was such a success, we were able to allocate some funds back to the United States and open a brand new zoo! Focusing on being Eco-Friendly and Modern, with a view on Aquatic Animals at the center, this zoo is sure to be a success.
We begin this episode with the single goal of creating a habitat up to Kingpin standard for the blubbery and bouncy friends, the newly added Grey Seal. With underwater viewing, a pier build, and many other features I am sure this one will be worth your time!

Was a day late and a dollar short on my suggestions but this is fantastic. Really enjoyed the build along with docking area. Also probably the most underrated part of your videos are the education part during time-lapse. Very enjoyable. Thank u for the content! 😃

I love the little penguin pop-ups, they're so funny! "Hey, he's right", "I hate seals", and then the fox with "I am stressed" 😂
The various viewing areas are great in this one.
I want to include animal crossing sound effects when they pop up and talk but I’m terrified of getting copyright struck by Nintendo😂
Love seeing the grey-seal 🥰! I created my first habitat using null barriers for my king penguins in my new zoo that I'm working on. It turned out pretty good. I had one idea but couldn't seem to get it to work and had to settle for what I had. Maybe I'll eventually go back and try again, but your videos give me confidence to try out new stuff! I'm so glad you used the platform, I've been trying to figure out what I've done wrong and it seems that I haven't allowed enough space for it to fit in the water. I think I'm going to try a grey-seal habitat next as well.
Very nice habitat! You’ve honestly improved a lot! I initially didn’t really watch your vids because I didn’t really find the builds all that great (no offense), but this zoo is really a step up and a lot of fun! 🤩

Yeah haha😅 a pitfall I had before was that I never planned out the zoo from the start so I would just freestyle it and then be left with oddly shaped spaces. I’m glad you see improvement and no offense taken!

This habitat turned out amazing! The rock work looks great, and I love all the scenery work you did around the paths and such, it really brought the whole thing together it's so vibrant! That and a nice side effect of the seals not liking many plants really makes it pop in the middle of all the foliage, draws a contrast, it works super well! Looking forwards to the next one you do!

Nice exhibit, love the coastal town as a backdrop and how you incorporated the staff buildings into it. One of my favourite PC zoos, Tivoli Zoo (which I highly recommend checking out for anyone reading), has a similar thing going, always cool to see.
As you mentioned, scale can be hard to manage in this game. 4m is pretty massive and Frontier hobbled themselves by making that the standard unit from the get go. You have to actively work against the normal flow of the system to build at a realistic scale, but it's still very doable.
Since we're on the topic of scale, when it comes to the flamingos, I actually think that central pool would be perfectly adequate. However, I don't think you should put them there. It's very easy to make a zoo feel overcrowded if you pack an exhibit into every spare nook and cranny. Leaving negative space adds a bit of visual breathing room and it's something real zoos do constantly. In that regard, the pool is well positioned, because it leaves the central plaza open, allowing you to see all the surrounding exhibits and plan your route upon entering the zoo.
Could be cool to have the flamingos be the introductory exhibit to a little African section, with the pygmy (and potentially common) hippos behind them. If you added the Nile lechwe and monitor next to them, you could have a little river Nile based area.
I like the idea of having an African zone! I agree with you but what should I put in the middle of the pavilion instead?
@@Kingpin_2058 A water garden of some sort would be a nice central feature. Could definitely include a couple fountains too since that seems to be the prevailing idea haha

Another awesome video as always. I loved the viewing areas and I think the next animal should be the flamingos in the middle area at the front I think that would be brilliant
